Greg Knapp is the New OC in Oakland:

Knapp is probably Most Famous for being the coach who was yelled at by T.O. when he was with the Niners, but his body of work should be good enough for me to give this hiring an A.

He has 7 years of Offensive Coordinator experience in the NFL and should be a good counterpart for the unproven Lane Kiffin.

This past year he called the offense for the Atlanta Falcons.

Before going to Atlanta with Jim Mora Jr., Knapp, was the Offensive Coordinator for the Forty Niners.

Between Kiffin and Knapp we have upgraded from an Over the Hill Dummy and a Bed and Breakfast Mayor to one of the great young offensive mids in football and a steady practicioner of the West Coast Offense.

I feel a lot more comfortable
with an experienced offensive coordinator.  Giffins is going to have some problems with the team, but with both Ryan and Knapp as the coordinators then the success is more assured.
Just get us 2 TD's per game and the wins will come.
