People say Al Davis has lost it??? Williams was a 1st round pick, who only needs a change of scenery, to hopefully spark that chip on the shoulder, and Josh Mcown could start on many teams in the NFL. This will give Russell the opportunity to learn from a veteran, and not rushed. Hopefull Mr. Cable can fix the o-line. Some feel it was the scheme not the talent, so we shall see about that.
