The Jacksonville Jaguars are going to release, or trade Byron Leftwich, and give Garrard the reigns. If the Raiders signed him they would have the BBQ's as soon as Russell comes aboard.
Team and league sources said that former starter Byron Leftwich will likely be traded or released.
