We signed Drew Carter!!!

PFT has just posted that Drew has agreed to terms with the Raiderrrs....Seems to be a nice pickup for a tall posession receiver.  ESPN has him tagged for 38 catches for 517 yards last year.  Certainly nothing to scoff at, considering that he'd been fighting JL Higgins for a job...  I haven't seen a ton of film of this guy.  Anyone know what we're in store for?

The Fans In Carolina See Him As A:
Speedy receiver who has a case of the drops. I think that a lot of teams are going to get WR healthy in the draft so the market for the free agents is so dried up that the Raiders are players.

uncertain
Isnt this WR also plagued with knee injuries, or was that Javon Walker? Either way if he stays healthy we NEED WR's. Jamarcus needs people to throw to down field.
