Around SBN: Jeremy Lin Continues Rampage, New York Wins On Road

Trade Updates: Fabian For #125!?!?!

This is a complete waste of yet another CB drafted by Al Davis.

There had better be a player that Lane loves sitting there at #125, hopefully a slot receiver, OL or DE.

The pick swap that occurred with Dallas that ended up with us landing Chris Carr's replacement, Tyvon Branch, included our first pick in the 7th round.

Arman Shields

Interesting pick considering Lavelle Hawkins was still on the board. I thought for sure that it was going to be Jonathan Goff, whom Rob Ryan had a big hard-on for during the Combine. Could still be a pick later on.

I know you thought Fabs could get us a day 1 pick, but it just wasn’t realistic given his recent arrest and his demotion to Routt this year.

True, You Were Right:

This draft is also turning out to be even deeper that I thought it was. I wish we had last year’s picks this year.

Tyvon Branch

seem like a good player
he fast, and agile so he would make a great on KR
He is a good cornerback and could get us a couple of pick for TD’s

Yeah, I'm feeling better now:

You should have heard me yell when Hawkins went on the next pick after Shields?!

Shields is supposed to be good.

He’s big and fast. Just what we need. He’ll probably be depth this year, and go on to start later.

<---- RaiderGator

I seem to remember saying that Fabian would be worth about a 4th round pick. Any love for my predictive powers?
