The player ratings for 09 are out!!! I know some of you oldtimers are not that excited but every true madden fan "squiels" when hearing the new rosters are out

This are the highest ratings I've seen for the Raiders in recent memory, on paper we look like an above .500 team. Sadly Shane Lechler is still the highest rated Raider

Interesting notes: Devin Hester is still at a Godly 100 speed rating and the Broncos are rated way worse than us

Are beasting it in Madden 09! This game will be even more fun now that we got McFadden, better receivers, and an absolutely awesome defense. I can’t wait for this game to be released so I can dominate some Bronco fans online. :)

And making atleast 6 picks a game with Asomugha and Hall! McFadden has the elusiveness of Tomlinson in the game which will be fun.

It could also be how his talent evaluates in the pros

not his college prowess. Besides, they’re basing this on ability to be a full-time back, while he’s not meant to be one.

yeah

It’s Darren McFadden and Jake Long who are both at an overall rating of 85. Chris Long, Glenn Dorsey, and Sedrick Ellis are all tied for 2nd with an overall rating of 84. Everyone else is rated 83 or lower.

in 08 Calvin Johnson was the highest rated at 87. Yet in this game there’s two 85’s.

forward to spreading D-Mac out and opening up the field on offense. With the DB’s we got I’m blitzing every down. I forgot the HB toss pass. That will be one of my bread and butter’s.

I Can't Wait

By far my favorite game to play ever. I’ am in love with Madden. Hey if anyone wants to play online when it comes out, well on the PS3, get at me.

also, my fav rookie in the game is hard hitting Kenny Philips baby. Resurrection of my favorite player Sean Taylor. He gon be a beast.

Play on X-Box. But was thinking about getting a PS3. Have played it on both. I know the difference between the X-Box and PS2 is that it is easier to pass on the X-Box. How is it for the PS3

I like PS2 better than PS3

but I will be playing Madden 09 on both my ps2 and my x box 360. I will get a PS3 if they work out the bugs because they just recently and FINALLY worked out all the bugs on PS2 but that wasn’t until after the release of the PS3. I agree with you though on that McFadden will be used at every position on offense and the defense will force turnovers like crazy.

On the 360 Maddens

do they have the “create a” options, the Wii doesn’t. I just recently got my 360 and don’t have a Madden yet, so I don’t know. This will decide if I’m getting it for PS2 or 360 because I have to create my own football league like I do in every game.
