You started out as a College Coach and worked your way up through the ranks until you finally owned the Oakland Raiders.

You battle adversity and still steer the ship clear.

I’ll never forget when you took a taxicab out of a loss last season. To me that exemplified the true heart that you have into every game. When your team blows a win how can you ride in your Town car. I’d be the same way. You bleed silver and black and you expect all within the organization to do the same.
