The offensive play calling has been terrible. How can you not run the ball on the first possession when you have the ball 5 yards from the goal line?

Just wanted to stop by and give props to your team. As a Bills fan I myself have been let down at the end of the game by coaching decisions. Not too sure why the Raiders D played such a prevent defense there at the end. Your D was owning the Bills offense for the first 3 quarters. While I was frustrated with the lack of offense by the Bills I was equally Impressed with the tenacity and pure awesomeness of the Raiders Defense. They were really a different animal then the Bills had seen in the previous two games. I thought the play calling on both offense and defense got too conservative in the second half….not sure if its because of the offense being so young or what (same things happened to the Bills last year, which means thats a positive for you folks for next year…..which I realize is a shitty consolation right now…..but I digress)
Hopefully the Raiders can figure out their coaching staff, being a NorCal resident myself I cant help but hope the Raiders do better (for local pride of course) Mcfadden and Bush both are impressive……..and they’re gonna give the rest of the NFL fits for years to come.
Either way again just wanted to say good game to you folks…..I can see flashes of good things to come…….but the divided locker room (coaching wise) isnt gonna help. Here’s to hoping it all gets figure out for you soon. I’ll be rooting you guys on as you take on the other AFC East foes……..good luck the rest of the year.

Yes it was a good game. I was frustrated trying to understand why the defense kept playing prevent. Don’t change it up if it’s working. DeAngelo Hall is making me more upset every game. He is definately the weak link on this defense. Teams are going to constantly pick on him all season long. He made a good pick but him playing off of his man is hurting the Raiders pass D. Second half I can say we played not to lose the game. The offense only passed the ball twice and the defense was in prevent. As the season progresses JaMarcus should be better and able to make better reads at the line.
Yeah if I could go back and show you highlights of the Bills last year.....
you would swear you were looking at the Raiders…….the greatest example of that was last year’s MNF game vs the Cowboys. Dal was a huge favorite……undefeated and the Bills were struggling…..the bills came out full of fire and were taking it the cowboys (the d caused like 6 turnovers, including 5 Romo picks) The special teams had a big game, but the offense struggled and only scored 3 points (defense scored 2 TD’s and 1 KO return) anyways…….the Bills lost on a field goal with no time left because the offense just couldnt move the ball consistantly…….it literally made me sick for a week…….much like I think y’all feel right now……..but its gotta be a learning experience…….and hopefully the mistakes that were made today……wont be made again.

Last year we lost I believe something like 8 games by less than 7 points or less. So we’ve been here at this crossroads for a while. We’ve got the talent to get over. If only Big Al would get his ass out of the chair and let a competent person run things…
