Around SBN: 2011 In Extreme Home Runs

Open Thread: Indy @ San Diego

In a weird twist of fate, which has already proven advantageous to the Arizona Cardinals, the team with the lesser record will be hosting a playoff game.

Interestingly enough, I predicted that the Cardinals would win. I also predict that San Diego will win.

San Diego has been, FLAT OUT, the best team in the NFL over the past 4 weeks. The momentum of winning the Division on the final day of the season should add some fuel to the home town fire, and I eagerly await this game.

(If LT is not a factor, due to his health, then that changes "almost" everything)

Nice Drive

Peyton Manning was totally on his game on that drive. Anthony Gonzalez made some big plays. I’m pulling for Indianapolis.

I'm pulling for Indy too:

I just think that the team that gets hot at the end usually wins the Super Bowl. To me, that team is San Diego.

But when they start scheming us the way these guys did, and we weren't particularly ready for it, anything can happen."

Indianapolis-San Diego

I think the winner of this game will represent the AFC in Super Bowl XLIII. I’ll go with the Panthers to win the NFC.

This is a Fantastic Game!!!

The best part is that Phyllis is completely melting down and costing them this game!!!
