The day John Gruden and Bruce Allen left the organiztion, has turned out to be the worst thing that has ever happened to the Raiders. They didn’t see the effects right away, it took a year and an ass handing in the Super Bowl to finally evolve to where we are now. It’s been hurting for 7 years now, with no end in sight. Big AL will never admit it, but he should regret not extending Grudens contract. Who knows why, only Al Davis and Gruden know why. But I say this, why fix it if it ain’t broken? We had a good system in place, and yes Gannon, Rice, and Brown, Eric Allen, Romanowsky, Biekert, Lincoln Kennedy, Rod Woodson were all were getting old and retiring soon, but at least Gruden would have been there to shape and mold the new guys coming in with the same philosophy in place. It just sucks that Al always thinks he can do it better. Now look at us, this is way beyond fixing. Hang on a second, I need to go punch my co worker in the face, he’s a Broncos fan.
