Every year I always say its the Raider's year, but it will never happen because of a QB who just doesn't care. He shrugs off things and blames everyone else. he points the finger and doesn't realize there are four pointing right back at him. So for the Raiders to be successful is..... A NEW QB!!! We need a QB that knows how to be a leader and a NFL QB. Just imagine if the Raiders had someone who cared and could play.

Gradkowski looked like he had good energy and made some good throws
he has experience if not success starting in this league he has to start next week.

I think Gradkowski is better now than Garcia is
Garcia is done.
He reminds me of Garcia in the way he is a high energy mobile guy and just looks similar to me in the pocket.

and he wanted the guy that gives the best opportunity to win and would have more to say on it tomorrow.

Bruce really does start. With our defense and run game. We should be able to stay in the game if we dont shoot our self in the foot with those damn penalties
well he is completing 57% of his passes in limited action
if he can just continue that percentage and limits turnovers that will be a massive upgrade in production at the QB position

and it definitely sounds like Gradkowski is starting next week, he just said he needed to review the game to make sure it is what he thinks it is and a decision would be made tomorrow.

Nishal is right. It isn’t all Russell’s fault. Everything isn’t on him. There are always a lot of drops, even by backs on screen passes. Russell deserves the blame, yeah, but there’s plenty to go around.

The receivers are awful
but Russell couldn’t hit water if he fell out of a boat and that makes it kind of difficult to be a good quarterback.
Yeah...
But its certainly not mostly Darrius’s fault..I blame 60% of the teams failure on JaFatass. Its not fair to the Defense that works their ass off.
Teams Failure:
JaMarcus Russell= 60%
Coaching(Play Calling)= 5%
Recievers= 15%
O-Line= 5%
Al Davis= 5%
Defense=5%
No Dicispline= 5%
Ha
Davis brings in these guys and he gets five percent of the blame.

has enough talent to win in this league, even though I have been a cable supporter i would assign more blane to coaching for thing not clicking on the field with the talent they have.

JaMarcus is the so far the only person I consider a bust. Darrius isn’t even finished with his first season. Are their any other players that you think he flubbed on?

Injuries have proned him..If he was used properly and stopped running like a puss..He would be a good back

Coaching is more than play calling
(even if it were, 5% is too low) and the coaches, starting with Cable, get most of the blame for the state of the teams moral, discipline, game-strategy, selection of whose on the field, preparation, energy, intensity, work-ethic, team concept, accountability, and choice of plays and stunts/blitzes or lack thereof.

Grad deserves a chance to start
especially after leading us on that 2:00 minute drill only to fail because of DHB. If we’d had a quality receiver there, that would have won us the game.
I’m interested to see how Grad does. If he does fairly well, why not let him compete next year with a free agent signee (Jason Camobell cough) for the starting spot?

He’s not a bad quarterback at all. In fact, I don’t think he’s the problem in Washington. He completes 66 percent of his passes, even if he doesn’t throw for 200 yards a game. At this point, I’m sure anyone would be happy with at least an accurate passer.

I am and will alway be a Raider fan that is my team for life but I’m getting very irritated with our QB. My five year old son can throw and Play better than him thats a shame. He don’t care about his team he is just an over paid QB that makes his team look like pure shit, Davis needs to get off his ass and bench him for the rest of the season or better yet FIRE him
