The one thing about the Raider defense
Poor tackling. No matter the personnel or co-ordinator….I’ll never get it.
"'Tis a bird I love, with its brooding note, And the trembling throb in its mottled throat; There's a human look in its swelling breast, And the gentle curve of its lowly crest; And I often stop with the fear I feel-- He runs so close to the rapid wheel." Nathaniel Parker Willis, "The Belfrey Pigeon"
I think tackling comes down to effort
Which probably tells the story right there.

D is doing good except on 3rd down and long
Where we’re giving it away in bunches.

How do you give up a 3rd and 20?
That’s rhetorical by the way.

Pathetic defensive effort so far
Forget if Gradkowski can help the offense or not, what the hell happened to the defense?

Palmer has time to eat a 5 course meal back there
And then he’s just playing pitch and catch

Any time we have a guy close to him
Our defender is falling down from tripping over someone.

JR wearing headphones on the sidelines
And they looked like MP3 player headphones rather than ones to hear the coordinator calls. Any have TiVo so they can look at that again?

Apparently, some rookie wideouts can actually catch the ball.
Only on the third down on the first series
And then he had pressure and the receiver had two defenders so I think he played it safe.

Daaammnn....well, can't blame a kicker for missing a 57 yarder
The important thing is the momentum we got those last 5 minutes by looking like an actual team
Well, 14-7 at halftime.
At least we ain’t down by 14.

damn straight
let’s keep on controlling the clock, we’re within striking distance
Halftime Stats
- Gradkowski has completed 60 percent of his passes for 80 yards and a touchdown without a pick. Surely, no one can complain.
- Fargas, Bush and McFadden have carried it a combined five times, but they have 30 yards despite the low carry number.
- Branch has eight solo tackles and a sack.

Bush only one carry
that one carry was for 5 freaking yards. Why is he not getting more fucking carries? it’s an outrage
Evey- "Are you a crazy person?"

Running Backs
All three of them have a great yards per carry average, but they haven’t carried it enough to matter. They should definitely get more touches in the second half.
