No, it's not a typo.

Former Buffalo Bills quarterback and UFL star J.P. Losman is coming to Oakland.

huh,, wha.. who?

Just kidding. Good deep ball from Losman and he is mobile. Good signing. Thank you Mr. Davis, a small step forward, very small.

This really doesn’t look good for Jamarcus Russell does it?

From the UFL to the Umm.....I'm not really sure

Good for J.P. Losman, better for all Raider fans who do need to see Jamarcus Russell fall over eight against the Rams.

I actually

Got really excited when I read this..Any word on if he’s starting Sunday..

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

That is so very unlikely

But, you’re joking. The Oaf must play his role (as Oaf) to the bitter end. There will be cheers instead of boos (since it’s a road game) when Russell takes the field starting for Oakland. And, once we’re behind by an unrecoverable margin, like we we’re against the Jets, Cable will put in Frye and he will do better than JMR but we will lose. Then, we will return to this therapy session called S&BP to ease our frustration as much as possible. I actually joined the day after the Jets disaster – the worst home game in Raider history. I loath Cable more than the rest of you loath JaMarcas because he is causing more harm to this team than that tragic fool, Russell.

He doesn't want to start Russell.
“Right now, it’s about finding out where Bruce is,” Cable said at his weekly news conference. “If, in fact, he’s not ready to go, then how do we win the next three football games, period?”

If he’s willing to put in a QB w/ 2 MCL injuries, he’s looking for any reason not put in Russell.

What an insult to Frye

I have yet to see him play. And now with JPL coming Charlie may never recover from the Oaf’s confidence-shattering ways.

I want to believe that;

but if that were the case then why didn’t he put in Frye instead of Russell?

This news is no surprise with Bruce a huge question mark(most likely done for the season). We need a 3rd string qb. It’ll be hilarious if Frye gets the start over Russell this Sunday. That move should put it through his thick skull that his days as a Raider are numbered if Al indeed has wised up finally.

Hold on.

This speaks words from Al. I think he might be realizing the truth about JR. I don’t know yet, but this speaks words, it really does.

I'm concerned as to what this means for Grad.

We all know JR is here to stay like herpes. Would Losman or Grad return to a second or third string role for the beginning of next season? I don’t think so. Grad earned his chance to get a starting nod this season and should not be expected to return if he doesn’t get a decent chance to compete for a legitimate starting role. Losman left the NFL to find a starting job, so I doubt he’ll settle in as a third stringer. Of course this assume we don’t resign Frye.

….an interesting note: Grad makes the least of all three QBs on the team.

Cable Bumaye! Raiders Bumaye!

Very Nice!

losman is a pretty good QB. Average to say the least. He has started well before, and he should be a nice addition.
