Around SBN: Identifying The 19th-Best Team In Baseball

Congratulations, Bruce! Command performance on Sunday

Now do what we need you to do to beat Washington, and I’ll be a true believer in you.

I’m definitely liking what I’ve seen thus far, and having had the chance to look at some of the Toledo work, I’m impressed. He also comes from a great football lineage.

I have to admit, I didn’t think he had it in him to lead this team to a victory, but i’ll give him full credit for that one yesterday. He made it happen, and the team bought in.

Had to go to Gradkowski

Jerry McDonald may have said it best:

According to STATS, LLC, Gradkowski is the only quarterback since they’ve been keeping track since 1991 to throw three come-from-behind touchdown passes in the fourth quarter of a game.

5 lead changes in the 4th quarter, we’re just fortunate that 3 of them were ours. Good job Bruce.

I'm in the smallest of minorities, but I'm still a big supporter of JaMarcus Russell.

you had the feeling that was a rare thing to see, for any team

a heroic, almost historic comeback victory. It was awesome to watch for a change. We’re so accustomed to letdowns, we’re excited for first downs, and all those times it came down to this one play, this one play…

and they came through. I hope it wasn’t just a Pittsburgh miracle, Gradkowski going home and all. I heard they actually gave him a fairly warm reception, despite our being the potential spoilers.

Congratulations brucey

Love rooting for this guy :)
