Stallworth in trouble
MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Miami Beach Police have revealed that a toxicology report shows Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte Stallworth's blood alcohol level was over the legal limit when he struck and killed a man with his car.
Authorities said they are waiting to see when and where Stallworth will turn himself in and are coordinating with his attorney. Stallworth faces a DUI manslaughter charge, which carries a 15-year sentence behind bars, if convicted.

OMG
I feel sorry for him. Damn, Stallworth, it was nice knowing you. But, why drink and drive? Why drink? You are an athlete. Uhhh, What to do.

When will they learn?
I am amazed on how Pro Athletes continue to drive after they have been drinking? They have money com ing out their ears and cant call a taxi? A friend? A teamate? Wife? Girl friend? Must I continue….there has to be someone! But now look at Stallworth…there is no lawyer who is going to get him off this charge. And by some chance he does? Goddell is going to make him an example.

Stallworth hasnt been proven guilty.
Remember its inocent until proven guilty. The court of public opinion may be different, but the toxicology report has not been released yet.

I dont know if he has or not, but we cant just throw him under the bus because he has money and fame without seeing if it is true or not.

I won't feel bad for him if he's convicted
Stallworth was a pretty good receiver. Definitely one of the fastest out there. But he knows the rules of the road and I’m not going to be sympathetic for a killer. All this says to me is, “We’re beating Cleveland for sure”
As I stand at the brink of oblivion where the Thorns have ripped the world in two, I look for a new afterlife for us. One where we are neither tortured nor made protectors of the living. I ask if you'll wait for me.....

We can all learn from this
How jeopardizing it is for ourselves and other people to get behind the wheel intoxicated. How bad to people need the booze in their system? I am not judging as I have made my mistakes regarding the above but am rightfully taking the appropriate messages.
