PrintI've already heard a few names for DHB, including DHB, Bey Watch and "From Hayward to the Bey", but none has made me say "Un-Bey-Lievable" yet.
I did read one for Mike Mitchell, if you haven't heard yet, he does prefer Mike to Michael, thanks to Autumn Wind. He called him "Mean Mike". I like that one.
What do you guys think?

I would prefer to wait and see if he makes the team
as a starter before I put a nickname on him. No doubt he will make the team, 2nd round choices are rarely let go the first year, but if he is just a special teams player, no nicknames needed. Since the Raiders took so much heat for drafting him it is doubly doubtful they will part with him the first year. Let’s hope he keeps the anger in him for Kiper and the other draft gurus.

Come on. I’d like to be optimistic but we have to remember that he was playing against relative low competition at Ohio University. Not to mention, if his skills don’t traslate on the pro-level, and he spends most of his time on the bench, I’m somewhat hesitant to call him a “hammer” or “hitman”. We’ll see how this kid does in the preseason but for now, yes, I am much happier about this pick than I was when it was first announced.

I have a nickname for hayward- Bey, just call him “Hay Bey Bey” just like the rap song by hurricane Chris (Ay Bay Bay) look it up. and let’s not give Mike a name yet until after the Pre season.

There has been a “Hitman” as well, although, not in the NFL…boxing. Thomas “Hitman” Hearns.
Come on Raider fans, were are different than fans from any other team in professional sports. I know we can come up with something original. How about something like Mike “the Semi” Michell, or,
“Mack Truck” Mike.
