Crabtree is crying but why?
Read on Yahoo sports that Mike Singletary made Micheal Crabtree cry. Crabtree was running routes and Singletary yelled at him because the doctors havent really cleared him from his ankle injury. The article didnt really go into detail on why he exactly cried. I wonder what Crabtree will do when he catches a pass over the middle and Mike Mitchell knocks his head off. Glad the Raiders didnt draft him because the Silver and Black is NOT for pussies. GO RAIDERS!

WOW
That is pretty sad even for Crabs
Amazing, Jamarcus Russell hands off to McFadden who pitches it back to Russell who finds Darrius Heyward Bey in the Middle of the Field wide open 30, 20,10,5 Touchdown Raiders! Amazing. This telecast is Brought to you by Cable.
Reading the full article and a couple others
it doesn’t seem that big of a deal. And it looks like Crabtree is really itching to get out there too, even though he’s not cleared yet. So I dunno how to take this.
Win, Lose, or Tie, Raiders til I die!
I think Crabtree just wants to get out there on the field.

Crabs crying in practice.....CLASSIC
This guy is going to be crying all year after getting laid out by safeties at the NFL level. I’m glad we didn’t draft this cry baby. The style of offense he played in college is unrealistic anyways except for the Patriots and Cardinals. He is on a run first team anyways so I don’t see him having a good year. Enjoy the NFL Crabs because Mike Mitchell is going to make you cry in pain. :)

crabtree is not gonna be the best reciever in this years draft
i dont think that he is gonna be the most succesful reciever in the draft class i would love to see DHB be the best but i really think maclin will have them both beat Harvin is gonna do some great things in minnesota running and catching collie could b another gonzalez in Indy im not so sure about nicks and britt in NY and Tenn but if i had to rank them i would say
1.maclin
2.harvin
3.nicks (beacuse NY is a good team)
4.DHB/crabtree
6.britt
7.collie (just because hell get worked into the Ofense more slowly)
i really wana see DHB get a lot of bubble screens and revereses(fake reverses too) to keep them honest maybe get some bunch sets so we can create nice throwing lanes and space to run
DHB "Speed Kills
Getting him the ball early and often will buil his confidence, screens, reverses, hitches, etc…Lets not forget that we have a pretty good assortment of backs and play action is going to kill them…Johny Lee is our Maclin…Schillens and Walker(if healthy) combined or individually at 6’3 and 6’4 225 will destroy all of Crabtrees numbers and I believe that Murphy with his size and speed will prove to be a biiger deep threat than most believe."Zach Miller, need I say more…We are big young and fast…With nothing to loose, in a very soft division…PLAYOFFS!!!
WR two and three wide sets
i think we could have a seriously good WR group if DHB can become our deep threat with Schillens our Boldin type possesion reciever with speed and murphy or walker or JLH as the third wide with miller and mcfadden lining up wide on 4 and empty backfield sets i think that u right about play action killing other teams we need to take oput shots downfield once or twice a possesion cuz we have the big play threat that other teams would kill for

I just want to put it out there that if the season started today, Heyward-Bey isn’t starting and I don’t expect him to start as of right now. I think Schilens and Higgins are the starters.

Totally agree.
No doubt we will streach it out more but, Walker (if healthy) will probably play more than DHB, nd Z. Miller will probably still catch more balls than anyone. A few weeks ago I denied that DHB would be a situation player, but that what I think his role will be next season. Maybe special teams too.
Cable said
That we are going to be more vertical in our passing game and he added a lot of deep routes for our speedy WR like DHB and JLH. It should also be good use and practice for Russell to sling it 70 yards.

Todd Tollner
is all about deep passing, or should I say the passing game in general. He is a well respected person in this field and I think everyone is confident that we will have a descent passing game this year.
J-Mac got arm, D-Mac is unique, DHB got the hands, and he can move his feet.
Niners got Hill, he is really cheap, now they got Crabtree, hey don't fall asleep.
Hopefully
It is not 2 back to back runs and then a screen pass which gains 2 yards.
