Someone recently said in the 5 Man Line post that the Raiders have switched to a 3-4 Defense, or at least a hybrid 4-3/3-4.  Is there any truth to this? Because it makes absolutely no sense to me, being as there is no legitimate nose tackle on the team. However, the apparent signing of Greg Ellis does support the claim of a schematic switch.

So can someone please clear this up, if they are in the know.
