does anyone know if this is on live
in the bay-area? or are we gonna have to wait for the re-broadcast at 10?
Don't confuse me with the facts, my mind is made up!!
Check your local channels. I live in Modesto, so I am not sure what channel will televise it locally. Either ABC, Fox, CBS or NBC should have it in the Bay Area.

Current Raiders coach Tom Cable is just like predecessor Lane Kiffin in that he wants stiff competition for as many starting jobs as possible. Unlike Kiffin last season, Cable seems to be getting his wish.
“It’s on,” Cable said. “And everyone’s got to fight for a job to get this thing down to 53, the right 53, and inside of that, obviously, who your starters are and so forth.”
That process intensifies with tonight’s exhibition opener against the Dallas Cowboys at the Oakland Coliseum.

Good evening fellas!
EVERYBODY STAY HEALTHY
For me, tonight is about beginning to build confidence. I’m specifically thinking of J-Russ, Henderson, and DHB.

No injuries. The most important thing.
2nd – Be productive and EARN your spot on the roster.
3rd – Let’s make a passing game.
4th – Can we really run the ball?

Can we add
stop the run to that list. Or at least contain it to a reasonable level

On an upbeat note...
….Flores makes a good point: Russell is making decisions and getting the ball out quick. That was one of his two real flaws last year. The other was accuracy, so we’ll see how the time with Tollner and Hackett has gone.
Getting the ball out quick is one thing, but he also can’t just get locked in on one receiver on a particular play. That has been a problem in practice and camp.

True, but he did allow the target to basically cut back toward Romo. Instead, he should have cornered him off in the back of the end zone. The Cowboy target was already at the sideline.
