Tom Cable you impress me once again

I have just read that Tom Cable is allowing The officials to come to Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Practice watch what dose this mean.

Star-divide

1.) The Officials will make calls and throw real flags while the Raiders are running there offense vs defense match-up.

2.) The officials will make the call and then explain to the person that made the mistake how to avoid them and tell the players what they are looking for in plays to call flags.

3.) Along with the classroom session in the first 4 weeks of practice this will greatly reduce our penalty rate which I am sure is the only thing we are leading in the league well, that and the most losses. that is another post.

4.) Maybe just Maybe if we take advantage of this amazing opportunity we won't make mistakes in the red-zone and turn last years field goals into this years touchdowns.

I don't know about you guys but, I see no slip in Tom Cable he is like our motto Pride&Poise. This will greatly help our entire offense defense and special teams sorry for the lack of a post kinda was rush'in

Really Great Idea

The Raiders need to get ready for this season, and they need to not make dumb penalties that they ususally make. And this will prepare them for the Sept. 14 against the Battery Chargers.

Hope it translates to the field

well that great the raiders have always had a problem with penalties. that is the main reason they couldnt score the past few seasons. I can remember time and time again watching a game and the raiders are inside the 20 or its 3rd and short and thinking to myself where the flag, and what do you know the next play is a penalty. FINIALLY there answering it and its for the better. Lets just hopes it translate to the field.

I Love The Discipline

I can’t wait to see a disciplined Raiders team. It has been a dream of mine for a long time to not be leading the NFL in penalty yardage. This may be the year.

There has not been one time

that i have been anything but impressed with Tom Cable since he took over.

+1

he seems to do all the right things. he implements his own things, grabs his own guys w/o trying to alienate Al Davis.

if kiffen brought this guy, maybe kiffen wasn’t a complete waste after all…

Tom Cable WILL make it

He has shown a lot of improvement over our last Raider coaches. As others have said already, I have been really impressed by the amount of discipline he shows and wants on the practice field. Possible winning season next year, IF this discipline continues.
