Who Care's?
I’m so sick of hearing about Chaz “Glass Legs” Schilens. He sucks! Just like that bum from the Packers we had who played WHAT……a total of 2 downs for us in 3 years? And what did the Raiders pay him 60+ million for 3 years of riding the IR benchwagon? Or was it 4 years I forget?
What?
Chaz is a damn good receiver and goes hard when he can, Walker was lazy and didnt give a shit

When he can!?!?!?!
Really do tell when is this when he can happening? I still sit and wait for this.

Javon Walker
Yeah that was the bum I was thinking of. No wonder I forgot his name. Anyhow, sorry to jump down your throat with that. I guess my point is, the Raiders would be far better off to cut Schilens loose after he heals kinda like what the Chargers are doing to Merriman. Not that Schilens is a bad guy, but he clearly has durability issues. The Raiders are better off developing Nick Miller, and Jacoby Ford, keeping DHB, and Murphy as the main go to guys for now. If Murphy can’t play, then keep going with Ford and Miller. And also get rid of Johnny Lee Higgins too when they can. Sick of him too!
That core is really thin w/o Chaz

Not to mention that as a 7th Round draft pick, we have him for next to nothing anyway
I could see if this was a 1st Round draft pick Ahem JaVoldemort Cough cough, but his production far exceeds that of most 7th Rounders AND he’s the best WR on a team full of young developing talent.

Considering, we currently don't target WR, until Grad comes back it's irrelevant

Agreed,
Yes irrelevant for now….I’m just hoping that the Raiders don’t invest anymore time and hope into guys who have not produced and are unproven. Schilens showed a flash or two of explosiveness for us early last year and a little the year before. In many ways, he’s still a huge question mark. But in my honest opinion, he’ll never peak to full potential b/c he’ll always be hurt. That’s just the plain truth. Even if he comes back this year to play, how good will he really be? The guy hasn’t been able to be on the practice field with the team and hasn’t played regular season snap in over a year. He’s at best a Pre Season Allstar until further notice. Sorry for the negativity, I truly love the Raiders, been a fan for over 30 years. But the decisions on personnel and WR issues have and still really strike a nerve with me. Pisses me off!!! Johnnie Lee Higgins you’re next on the chopping block!!!! DEADWOOD!!!
