Am I the only one that feels this is idiotoic, i said a few weeks ago JC needed to blend with his new offense and for the pass two games he has done just that... if the raiders start GRAD we are back to the same ole raiders again giving up on a good thing. I'm a supporter of just win baby just win! but i don't see grad giving us the same advantages anymore when was the last time grad had a 120 passer rating? what about back to back games? his best game was in PIT last year. I believe he is doing his part on the side line "mentoring" if you will JC and its paying off... SO RAIDERS!!!! PLEASSEEE!!!!! DON'T FUCK WITH ANYTHING!!!! JUST IMPROVE!!!!!
