AFC West QB Changes can Bode well for Oakland...maybe

Updates on Cassel, Orton and Tebow could have some impact on Oakland's weekend. It was reported that Orton has bruised ribs after the asswhipping the Donx took and Tebow has been getting more reps this week. With the season in the toilet in Colorado, they might feel inclined to throw Tebow into the starting QB position in the BlackHole. Why not? They have Orton contracted thru 2011, and if hurt, why damage the goods anymore as the Raiders will be out for some ass after Jax. Tebow is pretty much an unknown quantity as they only allow him in for the wildcat or his one touchdown toss a few games back as the other team was expecting a run. You can't pull that rabbit out of the hat on every down, so if they want to see how he stands up in the pocket, what better baptism than The Raiders, in their own house?  There's really no film on Tebow save his sporadic playing, so they might also be thinking he could trick-fuck Oakland and score on them.

Cassel has been taking reps, but not starter reps. He has been limited. So, he plays but is still tender and takes a brutal hit and is gone....or they can again start Croyle and hope the Donx somehow hurt Oakland, and losing doesnt kill them with SD surging (as I write this, outcome of SF-SD game isnt a done deal)...but SF is looking a tad anemic. I'm not one to count on other teams to 'help' us...Oakland has been its own best friend and worse enemy all season.  This Sunday will be another beer quaffing and white knuckler mofo...
