Start @ the Top
Lets start @ the top. Thanks for the good years Al but it's time to step down. Now on to Cable, sorry buddy see you later. Go back to being a line coach, kiss(keep it simple stupid). That's what you need to do. As far as the rest of the team, we need alot of work and resigning Frye not the way to start. Farges see you later, you did some good but you didn't produce enough for the money. On to Russell, great he lost some wieght. Last time I checked he still couldn't hit water if he feel out of a boat. Work on the arm and maybe we'll talk. Now Ruett, WTF, our you serious, we'd have a better chance with a chipanzee than this guy @ corner. Com'on lets be real unless he turns into superman in the off season, just throw @ him all year long and your scoreing. Get some D-Backs please! I rated us @ a ( C) so far lets hope we can find a way to get to @ least a (B) or 5 wins here we go again!

Mr. Davis ain't the problem
How’s that old saying go…“When you’re winning, everything is good”? The RRRAIDERS are what? Just over seven years removed from a Super Bowl. We had the oldest team in the NFL. Lost our MVP the following season for good (thanks to Derrick Brooks). We had to rebuild. The coaching carousel is definitely on Davis. But the players must be held accountable too. Jamarcus was a “can’t miss” prospect that even so called experts Kiper and McShay approved of. One of the greatest WR of all time just gave up in his prime on us. That set us back even further in our rebuilding process. The game hasn’t changed that much in seven years for me to say it’s passed Davis by. And it would take another decade or so of this 5 win 5hit to get Davis to an over-all losing record under his watch. I’m with it til the wheels fall off, Uncle Al. When the winning starts again, I hope that these ungrateful fans spend 1/2 the time singing your praises as they do asking for you walker to be confiscated. RRRAIDERS. #### your team.
Are you F-ing kidding me???
Davis IS the problem, As you say seven seasons ago he took himself out of the mix and we had success. With Bruce Allen and John Gruden calling the shots, drafting the players to fit their offense we were the class of the league. Als ego couldn’t hamdle all the attention and praise Gruden was getting and drove him and Allen out. Now you have what we are now a direct reflection of Al Davis.
You’re gonna defend that.?
We’re all" in it til the wheels fall off" and they have. but I take exception to your higher than mighty stance that the rest of us who have realized Al is the problem are somehow a lesser group of Raiders Fans than you,
F-OFF
golfswithglock seems like you haven't paid tooo much attention to this team
You Al Davis fans are one of the dumbest football fans I’ve ever seen. Dude you can’t really blame the current players for Al Davis awful doing…. He was pretty much the man to picked players with insane speed rather then get high profile players that know how to play the game. Coach wise he should’ve never I mean “NEVER!” got rid of Jon Gruden in the first place, and btw bro the game has passed old Al by in the last 30 years… If you think I’m wrong just check out how the way they’re playing next time you see the F***ing games. “Man to Man Defense” are you kidding me!? LOL Most teams including their rivals have already figured out the raiders 80’s playbook, and don’t get me started on that weak azz Offense…. Like I keep on telling you folks the raiders are going no where until Al Davis and his crew is out of the picture
"The scope of the Raiders' problems spans beyond the quarterback position"
Put the blame on the coaching and players. The fact we beat the toughest opponents last season proves we have the talent
and the fact that we lost to the weaker teams proves the coaches and players couldn’t handle success – they celebrate after mid-season victories as though they’ve won the title just listen to the post-game remarks after wins and compare that to post-game interviews after loses – bipolarism and immaturity on a systemic level. Davis gets some blame but not for play calling, horrible game strategy, mismanagement of personnel and inability to sustain focus and intensity for even two-weeks.

Never got rid of Gruden? You doosh.
Did you see what Gruden did in Tampa? Sure you won right away, but with Dungy’s team. Then he made that roster old and dumped it’s big time players. Now look at them. Don’t bring a knife to a gunfight, boy. AND, don’t listen to commentators about our team. We run ALOT of zone. Much more than is touted. Pick up the book “Slick” and learn a thing or too about Al Davis. Our team of decades finally caught a slump. And you’re calling for the head of the guy responsible for all the WINNING? We owe that guy a whole lot more respect than he’s getting. Fact.

I sure did
He took Dungy’s team and owned the raiders lolz. Al Davis was dumb enough not to the change the playbook either. Don’t blame my man rich gannon for that lost, Blame the old man up stairs for getting rid of a guy that was holding the superbowl trophy right in front of their front that night lol. Please stop living in the past btw this team hasn’t won shit in 30 years sooo that really doesn’t matter to me sorry dude. The raiders been playing that very basic Defense since they came to the league, and sadly still is using it xD. Teams have already figured out what the raiders are going do (No wonder why the chargers have been owning us for 7 years lol), and last time I checked Al Davis is responsible for our play calling lol puppet Cable has gotta get his permission to do things like bench players and etc….. All the old man does is hold the team back and cause us to Lose now a days. The only reason why the raiders had winning seasons for the 2000-2003 was because of Bruce allen’s management NOT Al DAVIS!!! Get ur facts right!

Week 17 2008
We knocked Gruden out of his job with no Nnamdi, a back up Rb, and on their home field with a playoff appearance on the job. By the way, Jake Plummer still has a restraining order on him. Al Davis doesn’t call plays. Do you just parrot the media or what? Facts are always right, dumbass. That’s why they are called facts. And every team except for the Saints right now are living in the past. Davis is a gambler. He’s been right a whole hell of a lot more than he’s been wrong. And that, my retarded little friend, is a fact.

As much as we want to complain
This team is OWNED by Al Davis. Yes, we follow it, and live off of it, but it is his team. It is a game to us, but a business to him, his business, his life, his legacy. We all know here that the modern age of football has passed him by, but he will not let go, he can’t. This is all he lives for. We just have to ride it out, and hope for better days.
