Yet Another Donovan McNabb Post!
Yes, this is a Donovan McNabb post. Some new information has come out today concerning a possible trade involving our Oakland Raiders and the Philadelphia Eagles, something we have discussed on this forum just recently. With that said, I thought this post would be a good clean-up for all current and future posts unless a trade does become official.
The possible deal involves McNabb, of course, and our very own cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha. His name has been floating out there and the rumors about that appear to be true. Hit the jump for the new information.
Today, an earlier report from Len Pasquarelli said that "the Raiders would be willing to part with Nnamdi Asomugha in a trade for Donovan McNabb."
Later on, Charles Robinson reported that the Raiders are the favorites in the McNabb sweepstakes.
A third report, just in about 25 minutes go, says that the Eagles are not interested in a trade that would send Asomugha to Philadelphia and McNabb to Oakland.
That's a lot of back and forth information. From that, we can assume Al Davis has legitimate interest in McNabb and that the two sides have discussed at least something in minor detail involving Asomugha.
We've discussed possible trade scenarios before and I think we all know what the pros and cons of McNabb are. He's been a great quarterback over the course of his career when he has been able to stay healthy. He's made the Pro Bowl six times and has led his team to the NFC title game four times including a Super Bowl appearance. Now, though, the quarterback is 33 years old and entering the final year of his contract.
Well, there's only one question left to be asked and I'll let the poll tell you that one if you haven't figured it out already.

Give them our 2nd rounder
And maybe Huff, they need a safety and want a 2nd rounder. If they don’t like it we may have an issue
We all love the Warriors..
We all hate Cohan as an owner of this franchise…
agree with you
Forget the Nnamdi angle. Lets give Huff and second maybe a 4th or contingent 2011 pick.

Thanks again
Here is an article saying that sources extremely close to Asomugha deny he’ll be a part of any trade.

lmao, isn't it Eagles aren't iterested? Bad source if they can't even spell on a main post.
The RaiderLaker
Disagree
I don’t think it’s a bad source because of a small issue like that. They’ve made mistakes before. They’re not blowing hot air with that because they’re just keeping us informed on what Adam Schefter is reporting. (That’s what’s inside the link of the report.) They’re not making that claim on their own.

no worries, no hurries.
i got caught up when i heard the ram trade, so i mentioned it would change the whole 1st round draft. now look, nothing happened. another rumor and more to come. how come were not hearing anything from the bills or the cards?if this happens then we have to rethink our draft and what did we give up

I think it is significant that the Raiders
are considering QBs. McNabb is not the only one – just today, they looked at Oregon State’s QB (Sean Forget-his-last-name, a late-round pick). Clearly, the JR soap opera is approaching a climax.
by Spirals galore on Mar 26, 2010 8:08 PM PDT up reply actions
McNabb is being somewhat overvalued by the rumors
I worry about the fit with McNabb & the Raiders. He’s made a career of elevating mediocre receivers into productive ones, but the lack of an O-line in Oakland would make it tough. Zack Miller & MacFadden would probably benefit most though from his ability in the short to intermediate passing game. I also do not see him as a mentor to Russel, who is not coachable and McNabb just doesn’t seem like he’s all that into that role anyways.
The Airman of Westwood
Not for Nnamdi.!
McNabb for Nnamdi.? What.! Really.?!
hell no…
Nnamdi is the best cornerback in the league.. why give him away.! Its not like we have other good corners… we need him
and McNabb… i dont see him being a success in oakland.. i would not trade those two, trade Routt.! he sucks.! LoL
AND he doesnt even want to play in Oakland.!
he either wants to stay or get traded to the Vikings.. screw him… we dont need a QB or any player for that matter who doesnt really want to be here… i really hate this deal and it is very Al Davis like which is scary…
I called this trade over a month a go
Back a month or month and a half ago when the retarded rumor of Nnamdi going to the Jets was going on I left a comment here or on Yahoo that the only trade that would send Nam out of Oakland would be for a Good QB and that it would most likely involve McNabb. Because no team would trade their QB for even the best CB unless they had more than one, like the Eagles do What’s the point of having two high paid QB’s and a possible starter with Kolb unless one is really on the trading block. McNabb or Vick will get traded soon and I think that the Eagles may want a change; it became apparent when they picked up Vick even with the risk of being a distraction.
Al has been keeping the option open for something like this when he overly compensated Routt who is a only a good second string. I know he wants to trade Morrison by giving him a third round compensation and blaming him for the poor run defense, instead of admitting that he really is a OLB not a MLB. Or maybe Kirk just parties too much. If Al does go after McNabb he will try to give them something else like a draft pick or a combination not Nam. I think the percentage of this trade going through is very low but Nam is pretty expensive to the possibly money sensitive Raiders especially now with Peyton’s new contract with the Colts has increased the cost of Nam’s contract.
McNabb's contract would cost us as much or more than Aso's. We don't have the funds for this deal or any other that involves
McNabb. I’m 100% against paying $17,000,000 / year for a 34 year old QB who doesn’t want to play for us and chokes in playoff games. Too expensive for the value received
Also, “In Bruce we trust”

If Al is that desperate he will probably move his sights towards Vick, no? But hell no Namdi for Vick.

I could see Michael Vick in a Raider Uniform
now that would be an interesting competion… Vick, Russell, and Gradowski.! who would win.? i have no bets on Russell..

Come on IN BRUCE WE TRUST
The key thing is Playoffs. IF it was Manning everyone would want to jump on the bandwagon. McNabb better playoff record same age and has won with less talent around him than Manning. Manning just has a ring. If getting McNabb cost us Nnamdi no deal. There is no way anyone on this website is sold on Bruce or Russell. I am a Raider but I am by no way a blind fan I know if we go 8-8 that would be a miracle for us. We don’t have a offensive line, any wr’s that have 40 catches in 2 seasons combined, and our QB’s and Coaching staff suck. I am shocked we won 5 games with our coaching staff only, we have to have one of the worst coaching staff in the NFL.
I'd take Dono
At least he gets his teams IN the playoffs

Grad was just warming up too. This year he’ll be in the high 80’s.
by Sons-of-Blanda on Mar 26, 2010 9:07 PM PDT up reply actions
QB Rating okay.
Look at the games we played top defensives the Jets, cowboys, or even the Redskins. 1 touchdown in thoses 3 games. I am sorry the steelers weren’t a top notch defense this year. On top of that he completed just around 50% of his passes. If you want compare bruce to Russell yes he is a superstar but compared to the rest of the NFL we are a joke at QB.
Bruce played only one half v Wash and about the same v NYJ (so make that two games
also, we were in the Wash game till JaIncubus gave it away (with the same blunders that put us down 24-0 by the time Cable woke up and benched him in the Jets game). Given a line like Manning, Bruce would have a 93 QB rating.
by Sons-of-Blanda on Mar 27, 2010 8:39 AM PDT up reply actions
He didn't throw a touchdown in either game.
If Bruce could play that good why is on our Bench don’t you think some other team would have seen that. No we were going to lose that Redskins game anyway they made Davis look like a superstar on the redskins. Bruce doesn’t have the arm to start in the NFL. Just like Doug Flutie, Chad Pennington, and others he won’t hurt you as much he can help. You talk like if we didn’t have Russell we would been in the Playoffs. Come on man Before Russell got here we played bad and now that he starts we play bad. he just have a bad team and even worse coaching staff. Bottom line even if we had a good offensive line we don’t have the Wr’s or the QB to score 24 ppg. Thats why I think we are going 5-11 or 6-10. Denver had a Better qb,offensive line, Wr’s, and coach they went 8-8.
If Bruce Gradkowkis started earlier, you wouldnt be putting him down so much
Its okay to be worried, Im always worried, being a Raider fan, its almost natural. Im also worried that Bruce will let me down. But until he does, Im putting my trust in him.
He didnt hae enough games to show you his full potential, His season was cut short due to a horrid O-Line. But if we fix that this offseason and give him some time to throw. He will show you that he is a great QB.
Using your arguement that he didnt show enough in the 3 games doesnt work. Peyton Manning, Tom Brady and Drew Brees all have their off games. You just didnt see Bruce at his highest, now that his recievers have matured, and he’ll have a healthy O-Line, he will lead this Raider team to the top of the AFC West
In Bruce We Trust
How do you know the line is fix. I saw him at his best the Steelers game but I just don’t he has what it takes cause he always waits to the end of the game to play his best. Plus we don’t have a coaching staff that develop players. We don’t have a coach at QB,RB,WR’s or Offensive line. I find it hard to believe we will win until we get a real coaching staff. Cause as bad our player play who is on coaching staff that can correct them or teach.
McNabb said he doesn't want to come to Oakland
Why waste time on a guy that doesn’t want to be here? I say just draft Jarret Brown in the 4th or 5th round and put him in the qb competition. No point in wasting picks and very good players on an aging qb who doesn’t want to be here.
can you blame him?
the time mcnabb has spent in philly, the eagles have always been a legit playoff team. the same time frame in oaklnd, the raiders have been a legit candidate for worst team in the nfl— with zero chance of even sniffing the post-season. not too mention all the oragnizatinal (al davis) disfunction and drama.
i wouldnt want to come here either, if i was mcnabb.

I agree with his take – if McNabb is absolutely opposed to coming to Oakland, don’t bother going after him. If he is really admantly opposed to coming here, he’ll not come anyway. If he does come, then all the talk about being opposed is lip service.

No big name QB wants to come to Oakland right now
But as a Kings fan, I remember when Webber absolutely refused to come to Sac. One he got there things turned around and the erst is history. If McNabb comes to Oakland and can get us to the playoffs he would be loved like he never was in Philly. Emotions can change quickly in that kind of situation.

According to Darnell Dockett, Donovan also wants to play for Arizona and not only Philadelphia or Minnesota.
“I just talk to Donovan McNabb, and he would love to come to AZ, shhh I bet the NFC would be made at us for whippn ass! Mc NABB to #Birdgang,” Dockett wrote on his Twitter page.
Since the Cardinals signed Derek Anderson recently, I doubt they’re in play for a quarterback with Matt Leinart also on the roster. McNabb would be an upgrade over the both of them, though, for at least the final year of his current contract.

I'd make the trade...both are expiring contracts
and neither of them will want to re sign. The young offense needs an accurate passer like McNabb to help them learn how to be accountable and give them a swagger. Phili’s didn’t have many weapons around him last year and a crappy o-line and he was still solid.
No doubt this would leave a gaping hole on D though and they would need to acquire another cb somehow that could start. It would be a disaster with Routt starting.
Only dull people are brilliant at breakfast.
Worst trade ever
Sorry Eagles, you can’t have Nnamdi. The best offense is your defense. I guess Al didn’t learn his lesson when he got rid of Woodson.
by jedi hop master on Mar 26, 2010 9:14 PM PDT reply actions
McNabb money talk
McNabb received a $5.3 million raise spread out over the 2009 and 2010 seasons in exchange for not seeking a contract extension. If both sides wanted a contract extension, that had to be done by March 2009 – and it wasn’t.
Here is what RotoWorld has for the details on the contract:
6/11/2009: Signed a two-year, $24.5 million contract. The deal contains $23 million guaranteed, including a $3.3 million roster bonus in the first year and $3.5 million of McNabb’s 2010 base salary. Another $1 million is available through incentives. 2010: $5 million (+ $6.2 million guaranteed roster bonus due 5/5), 2011: Free Agent
The only money not guaranteed by the Eagles is $1.5 million of McNabb’s salary in 2010.
So the Eagles have to pay the $6.2 million bonus on May 5 or McNabb’s new team pays the bonus if he’s traded before May 5.
Adding to the McNabb drama is a league rule that caps a player’s base salary raise to 30 percent for each year there is no salary cap, like 2010 and potentially 2011.
Would McNabb really settle for a base salary of $5.5 million in 2011 as part of an extension? Teams are also reluctant to pay bonus money in addition to a base salary, because they don’t know if a new Collective Bargaining Agreement will retroactively penalize teams for excessive bonuses.
And don’t forget: Tom Brady and Peyton Manning are free agents after the 2010 season.
All of this points back to comments made by Mike Mayock this week on the NFL Network : McNabb doesn’t have a good reason to seek a contract extension. He’ll make more money as a free agent, especially if Brady and Manning drive up the market price.
And the Eagles will get a third-round pick from the league if McNabb signs with another team as a free agent.
The conclusion: the Eagles must find a team willing to rent McNabb for $11 million for a season by May 5, and give up more than a late third-round pick for that option. Or a team that loses a quarterback to injury after May 5 could rent McNabb for the prorated amount of his $5 million base salary for 2010.
That’s why it is unlikely that any deal for McNabb would take place before May 5, unless a rogue team like the Raiders or Redskins decide to fork over the $11 million instead of waiting five weeks to make a deal.
No To McNabbb
OakTown…How could we expect to get anything out of the guy…A few weeks at best before he hits the “IR” and we have to go back to a back-up….
I would be a lot more excited about Vick….His legs would take some heat off our “OL” and the "WR"s would have more time to get open if their capable…He’s durable…He’s versatile…
Im kinda iffy on Vick
I would like to see what Vick can do, plus doesnt he just seem like a Raider?
yes he can run which is good since we have a shakey OL and he has a strong arm i think BUT his accuracy is off. He is not the same player that he used to be and thats a bit scary. We need accuracy.
Yea
I could see Vick in silver and black. Plus The eagles FO will sell there mothers for draft picks. I would’nt worry about Vick Accuracy too much. He’s been under Andy Ried for a year now. Ried is very good at makeing QB’s better. I bet the eagles part with Vick for a 3rd or a 4th.
I agree. Vick would be a better option, but I’m not so sure Philly is shopping him, yet. I think Kolb is off limits. I think he’s supposed to be the QB of Philly’s future. I’m not too fond of getting a rental especially in exchange for a top premier CB who isn’t a rental.

why trade nnamdi who we just resigned to a long term deal for a 1 year McNabb rental? unless we can get a long term commitment out of him please dont make this stupid trade..
Just in
Steve Wyche has said the Raiders are in the front running to get McNabb. The thinking is we will do the same thing with him as we did with Seymour and put the franchise tag on him if no instant contract gets inked at the beginning of this season or before it…whatever.
I say take a flyer on Kolb or maybe Vick no McDudd too old not that he is old just not the right age for our disfunctional team. We have no O Line no offense play calling that is newer than 1980 and our WRs are babies.
We need a QB that will develop with our team and grow with it, he wants to win now we are alteast 3-5 yrs away from the promised land.

Vick, I believe, would be willing to re-sign with the Raiders. McNabb has made it clear that he wouldn’t re-sign with Buffalo or Oakland.
Seymour, unlike McNabb, would sign with Oakland longterm if they offer to sign him. I would pass on McNabb. He was a good QB, but he’s injury plagued and he’s no spring chicken. There may be a few good years left in him, but does that truly warrant trading for him?
In a quick summary
Nope!

Hahahaha...last year it was I don't want Vick...we don't need him...you guys are something
Look McNabb is at a different level than any QB we have had since Plunkett…However, I am for it, but I am not giving up Aso, and I would not trade for him before his roster bonus, but again there is no cap and this guy can play…But there is a catch, who is he going to throw too?.. If they sign McNabb they had better sign Torry Holt, no way he would play with TO. With Holt we would have someone that knows where he is suppose to be on the field at all times, and he can teach our young WR’s..And you fans, don’t think for one minute our Wideouts have a clue, they don’t…not yet… All we have is a track team out there, so me are developing, however, a true vet would really help and can play in the slot…..By the way, forget the media reports about what McNabb would or wouldn’t do, that all changes once you get in the locker room…We just need a vet WR and line help..Our RB’s w/a vet presence at WO say a T. Holt with C-Chill, DHB if he can catch a pass, and L-Murph would give #5 real weapons, our young WO’s need a real vet that can teach and Holt can do that..

Pimping Vick
I was hot on the “Sign Micheal ‘DawgMan’ Vick” all last season as soon as he became available and took a tremendous amount of heat for it too…Now I try to remind everyone who was slapping me up along side the head with very adverse comments and ask….“In hind site…Don’t you now wish we had him on the team”…Funny thing is no one wants to answer that question….I think it’s undoubtedly clear that most would wish we had signed him and had that option to go to last season….Now there seems to be a lot more support for my “Pimping” the “Dawg” so i wont let up on it now…
“WR”…I would rather go after “BM” from the “Donkos”….He would be a physical presence and he may be highly motivated to play against his present team and their coaches…But I would expect that to happen after the draft so we are not looking at giving away a #1 pick…We already don’t have one for 2011….But a trade might be a possibility depending on who the “Donkos” draft…If they fail to get the “WR” maybe we can package one with a later pick in 2011…We have a few developing young players and a “KR” in N Miller….
PantyRaider, I remember your persistence on Vick and I was right with you, a All Pro QB for almost nothing!!!!
Pat Bowden would never let BM come to Oaktown, and we can’t afford to give up anything for him…My reasoning is this, I believe C-Chill has the ability with some mental guidance to be a big time NFL WR, he just needs to better understand what he is suppose to do when his route breaks down etc…We need to draft O line, O line, O line…If Al can sign McNabb he should, as well as T Holt…And focus on the O line and we have a real shot at the AFC West Title..Our Defense is not as bad as people make it out to be…look our D has lacked help from the O, if they score and let them rest they can and will keep teams at bay on D, especially if our D can pin their ears back and rush the passer…lol N. Miller is a secret weapon, luv his work ethic..Philly hasn’t extended McNabbs contract so Vick is staying put…Philly knew what they were doing…Go for it Al, if you want to win now and at this time in your life I know you do, sign McNabb and T. Holt or TO if McNabb will play with him, draft and acquire O line help and we will be in the Post Season….. We have a lot of talent and no field leader…

Agreed Assessment Of The Team
I also do not think we are as bad as we look but we just put the emphasis in different areas…
- is Coaching or the lack of it…A working scheme and an adjustable game plan would do wonders so here’s hoping Cable has learned something and that the new “OC” can get it together…Also bringing back our old “DL” coach and the new secondary coach as well should help on the “D” side of the ball….
- is getting consistent play from our interior lines…Not that they have to be the best in the NFL but just learn to play together and be consistent…Well on second thought I suppose they have been…Consistently screwing up…
- is to develop and coordinate our core of specialty players on both sides of the ball…They are the key to our being successful and putting up or taking away points on the board….
- would be the acquisitions threw the draft and "FA"s…We have added "LB"s which should help…We still desperately need help at “DT” and “CB” as well as the “OL”….And indisputably the “QB” position is a very large concern but here again I would preach consistency and not that that has to be the most talented position in the NFL in order to win…“WR” is another are of need…
My personal assessment is that we will be improved on the “DL” partially due to the return of our “DL” coach and also due to new talent that will be infused in that unit….I’m expecting a lot better performance from this group…Also from the "LB"s as new talent is already being brought in…The secondary is where I expect to get the big addition in the draft and that new “CB” playing opposite Nnamdi with the continued development of our "S"s is really going to solidify that side of the ball and make us a contender in the West….
On the “OL” I’m not as encouraged as on the “DL”…Hopefully we can find some good talent in the later rds of the draft because there just isn’t any talent worthy of signing that I can see…That unit must improve or our running game will continue to suffer and our “QB” will be under too much heat to be able to succeed…The other area of need is at the “WR” position and I expect a trade or a “FA” to come in and help that unit survive…As for “BM” a creative deal could be worked out the way we did it before as a 3 way trade where the other team was unaware where their player was going….The key here is the coaching…If the new “OC” can get this side of the ball to play up to their potential we could make a run at the West….If not our “D” will continue to have their backs against the wall and getting tired and discouraged….
290
with JR at 290, AD simply cannot support (no pun intended) JR. AD will pull the trigger and get another QB.
There must be a provision in Jawhyperactivegum's contract addressing conditioning minimum standards - maybe
there will be some good news if everyone stands back and lets him go.

I don't like McNabb
http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=jc-probowlqbs020809&prov=yhoo&type=lgns
McNabb wants a financial apology. After being benched briefly in November and then coming back to lead the Eagles to the NFC Championship game, McNabb and agent Fletcher Smith want Philadelphia to come through with a financial commitment to him. McNabb, 32, has two years remaining on his contract, which complicates things for Philadelphia.
If there’s no meeting of the minds, expect that McNabb will skip the offseason program. That won’t be popular in Philadelphia, but McNabb hasn’t ever really been all that popular with the fans anyway. The way he and Smith likely see it, what is there to lose?
We Already have One Big Baby In "JeFat"
Why would we need 2 childish attitudes as the leaders of our “O” and especially when the 2nd one hasn’t been healthy enough to make it threw a full season…And he is expected to tutor “JaFat” into bringing it…Ha!….Now that’s totally laughable…
Didn’t we already go threw this crap last pre-season with that “TB”/SadFran lame reject who could never get on the field but peddled his screwed up attitude in the press…

P Raider just when I thought you were really looking at the game of football, check players and what writers write, are often to different things..
If you think McNabb has an attitude problem or is a cry baby, you are sadly mistaken. Look at his wins and his stats, they speak for themselves..He is a leader and would vastly improve our team regardless of the bad coaching, you see, great players make bad play callers look like geniuses. Last year I said we should get Vick!!! Now look…From a players standpoint, anyone on O would want McNabb based upon what we have.. J-Russ may not be capable of learning only time will tell, if he doesn’t study hard he will not have a chance.. Moon told me point blank if the Raiders added McNabb and a couple of other pieces on the O line and a vet WR..It would open up our O, and things would happen..Bake said the same thing, Keith Baker that is, I spoke about him in an earlier post. Fellas, don’t discount great QB’s for these career backups. McNabb is a great QB period handsdown..It would be like adding Farve, he would have that kind of impact. We all need to Hope we can get McNabb..

Did you all hear there's a link on NBCsports.com saying Oakland is interested in Sage Rosenfels?
Seriously, what did JR do to make Al finally see the light? I don’t like the idea of McNabb as a rent-a-player, Vick or Rosenfels but if this means he’s given up on JR I am all for any of these moves.
yes, it was posted in a separate post
The links were inserted in other posts too.

Say no to McNabb
I think the Raiders should leave mcnabb alone. dude is burnt out. definitely doesnt want to play for us so screw him. keep all our draft picks and make some good ones this year. why trade away a future star for one thats already burnt out?
He's not burnt out
If you look at his stats from last year . There the best of his career. The truth is the guys a GREAT QB. I think he has another 4 years left in the tank, maybe more. The guys a winner. Always has been . Always will be. The only thing the guy hasnt done is win a SB. Damn shame to see him go. But it looks like the eagles are ready to move on and go younger. This move will make the average age on the eagles O 25. I feel with McNabb and his ability to move and his strengh to rip away from guys. He gives the Raiders a reel shot at the playoffs. Dont believe me . Look at what McNabb had to work with over the years.
Honestly Not All That Well Informed
I never followed the Eagles so I have seen him play only occasionally…I know he has been injury prone late in his career and worry about that with the Raiders because we are unable to protect a “QB” and our "QB"s are open game in the NFL….Very rarely is a flag thrown for a late hit on a Raider “QB” or a “WR” which is something Rice had to come to grips with as a Raider….He took far more punishment than he ever had to endure as a Niner and "DB"s are allowed a lot more freedom against our "WR"s than any other team that I have seen…
Same goes for the “DL” because they have to fight threw the holding and other crap that the “Zebras” allow other teams to get away with…Now that ain’t crying it’s document in report after report as other teams players have spouted off and our own players/coaches who came from other programs and those who left to another team have also testified to it as fact…Mostly after they retire because they fear the reprisals…
For this reason we need a durable “QB” who doesn’t mind getting physical….I saw that from “JeFat” before he was drafted and hoped it would translate into the NFL….Sadly it hasn’t yet…

if we get mcnabb then russell has to go to the eagles, there would be to much money there at qb. this is why this mcnabb thing is alot of smoke.

Report
New report has McNabb going to the Raiders for the 39th pick (wow pretty cheap). Of course no one can find any Raider employees that will confirm that (suprise no Raider employee telling the truth to the media) and better yet they all say they havent even spoke to Philly at all regarding McNabb (another surprise there disinformation)
Win at all costs! Winning ugly is still winning! Remember the past and what got us to the top before. Jim Plunkett and winning ugly......enough said!

The Raiders are just waiting now whether that young eagles GM pulls the trigger.
I bet he will, since he’s inexperianced and wants to make a big bang of a deal. i bet Al has offered the 39th overall, so its just whether the eagles will pull, no more no less…

I have to believe there is no way
Mr. Al is stupid enough to give up Nnamdi and/or a 1st or 2nd round pick for a 1 year rental of McNabb.
McNabb????
Are you crazy? Have you seen this guy play? When he isn’t killing worms with his passes, he is airmailing the ball all over the field. The one thing that made him effective was his ability to run, but 11 years in the league have taken a toll on his running. Please, Please, Please, anybody BUT McNabb! I live in the suburban Philly area and have seen his act for FAR too long. He will play well enough to get you the silver, but never close the deal.
if you live in philly, it must mean that you are easily swayed by eagles fans, maybe its true...
He wont close the deal, but he may be the first step to bring us up to respectability…thats all I want, playoffs at least.
