Oakland Raiders 2nd Round Big Board: Terrance Cody Is My #1

Here is the Big Board that we put together at The Public House last night:

Terrance Cody: We agreed that he is exactly what our defense needs

Lindel Joseph: See above

Rodger Saffold: Can play left or right tackle

Charles Brown: Great size and can play both tackle positions

Clausen: He's not going to start right away, but he is the best player still on the board

Chris Cook: Good Man corner

Brian Price: Not the DT that we "need", but he is very talented

Lamar Houston: Stock is rising and he fills a need

What does your big board look like?

I want an OT with 39, because the O-line is so thin and

I think there were still be a stud run stuffer available at 69. Joseph hopefully and if not then Thomas.

I wants Saffold first, but he’ll likely be gone. Then C Brown. He is a little undersized, but this may work good for the Zone blocking system, then B Campbell. We all know the deal with Campbell, but this is a solid round 2 pick I think.

I think when people are being funny, they are actually being serious and when people are being serious, it's actually really funny.

2nd and third round need to be a DT and a OT

Than we should get a CB and a center

I don't want another player or pick in return, all I want is.... a SHRUBBERY!

Haters are like todays republican party, they whine and complain without offering and idea or solution. It's once in a blue moon one comes a long and is worth listening to

Please, take Terrence Cody's fatass off there.

He’s weak, lazy and very unconditioned. Linval Joseph is way stronger and in better shape. Plus, if we stay in a our 43 base with signs of 34, Joseph can play both. Cody would just end up like Terdell Sands.

Right now, NFL Network is reporting that were looking at Roger Saffold and Everson Griffen. I like both picks. Saffold can start right away and Everson Griffen would be a great 4-3 DE.

i think clausen might be the best he can sit and learn this year. and we can get rid of jamarcus after he fails again this year. we need a young QB for the future.

Congrats on the baby!

In light of his B-day are you going to name him Rolando…it may be hard to get that one past the mom…

Fix the lines first

Rodger Saffold
Vladimir Ducasse
Charles Brown
Linval Joseph
Lamarr Houston
Torrell Troup

Cody, Campbell are too risky and Clausen?….don’t get me started. If he is available much later then maybe. But we have more pressing needs. Even if we had Payton, AP, C Johnson, A Johnson and Fitzgerald we would still lose with our O-line and run D.
