They are bitter that they didn't get him
and they have no clue what they are talking about when it comes to our defense. They don’t know much at all about our personnel, and they think we have the same guys as last year. They don’t realize how big of a difference a good defensive tackle, a potential beast mlb, run stopping ends, and a potential beast pass rush can make on our defense. Jamaal Charles and Thomas Jones are not going to be able to run on us like they used to. What they don’t realize is that all we need is for Henderson and other guys on the line to clog the lanes and let the other guys attack the runners. We haven’t had a guy that can do that since maybe Sam Adams, shoot I can’t remember it was so long ago.
Feel u Bro
When they were looking at John they thought he was still a dominant player but now that he signed with us apparently he has lost a step!

Not everyone thought he was dominant..
Obviously he lost a step, he is older. Most Chiefs fan’s said he wouldn’t hurt since we need all the help we can get on our young line. Like you, he will be good to have if nothing else at least for depth/rotation. Just cause he lost a step or two doesn’t mean he won’t make plays. I’m sure he’ll rack up a few sacks and clean the lane for McClain.
Jamaal Charles...Enough said.
But if it turns out you really snubbed him by canceling the meeting, then I'm sorry for what your line will face when we play you.
If he cancelled it, then he just wasn’t interested and he won’t be super extra motivated.
The RaiderLaker
More likely, the Squaws couldn't find anyone willing to slap him

I want to thank
those douche canoes for reminding me why I’m grateful for a couple things.
1. No longer living in Kansas or near Kansas City ( I grew up 2 hrs south of KC)
2. Bucking the family tradition and rooting for their rivals, the Raiders…God it must suck to root either consistent mediocrity or outright shittiness…
Hahahaha OMFG!
Can you even read your own writing? “God it must suck to root either consistent mediocrity or outright shittiness…”
Hmmm, wel lets see here
Raiders from 04-present
04- 5-11
05- 4-12
06- 2-14
07- 4-12
08- 5-11
09- 5-11
Chiefs from 04-present
04- 7-9
05- 10-6
06- 9-7
07- 4-12
08- 2-14
09- 4-12
so lets see here you have won 25 games in that period and we have won 36. Plus the countless times we have just whipped you even when we do have a down year. So your statement seems a little off, or youhave just been a Raider for so long that your brain is screwed, and you think losing means it is a good season because you will have a high draft pick. Either way I think the “douche canoe” statement more speaks for yourself.
Oh and I did leave out the 03 season where we went 13-3. So I’ll let you just sit back and think on this. But next time try coming with some facts, because when you try to drag us down, it just makes you fall even farther. that is why you guys are the constant punch line of the NFL.
Congrats!

what r u tying to prove??
that since the 04-09 seasons u guys have been better?? Congrats but guess what,
NOBODY CARES!!!! We are talking about the present and i think everyone hear and throughout the league think that Oakland will be better than KC
Fear is the Mind Killer
where are you reading that?!
Everywhere I’ve seen, the experts have the Chiefs are better than the Raiders…
that sounds like attitude
so i guess im obliged to say fuck you

as a matter of fact
I would point out that maybe your point is right.. Wasnt trying to come over here to start trouble..Im willing to admit if people are predicting the Raiders to be better..heres a link to a poll at nfl.com that was posted over at AP.

i was watching that 32 in 32 thing they are doing on nfl.com
they were actually talking about the raiders changing into a better football team and stuff, it was quite a suprise
they also have one on the chiefs, i highly recommend it.

ill have to do that thanks for the info!
I think the Raiders are going to be a much improved team this season but I also think the Chiefs are going to improve as well. I see the Broncos and Chargers both slipping this season.. It should be the Raiders and Chiefs battling out for now on .. atleast I hope ..I love our rivalry
i agree, the chargers and broncos are both on the decline
im actually a huge notre dame fan to so when you hired charlie weis, i actually got scared. He was a great playcaller there, so i believe the chiefs will be wayyyyy better in a couple years. (plus eric berry is a beast). its hard as a raider fan to be optimistic, it always backfires on me lol.

lol I know what you mean bro
I hope Berry is as good as advertised. I wasnt to happy about yall getting McClain.. I really liked him lol
I hope Charlie can help our offense I was actually suprised when we passed on Tate and Claussen when we had a couple chances to take both of them…
I was actually shocked when you didnt take clausen or tate
i guess Weis didnt get much say in during the draft.
They both played great at Notre Dame.
Yea i actually wanted McClain, so it was good, usually draft day is a sad day in Raiders Nation. I remember fighting with Chief and Bronco fans before that about McClain, so it was great to rub there faces in it lol
Alright i need some fantasy help from a Chiefs fan.
Should i take jamal charles if he is there as a second RB choice? I only watched 2 Chief games last year lol
by raiderfan4life on Jun 17, 2010 12:29 PM PDT up reply actions
well
I think Charles will still get a lot of carries and he will produce. Id take him …Jones will go in and pound and hopefully wear out the defenses and Charles is just so shifty its going to be hard…Jones coming in I think actually helped Charles since hes so little he will not get beat on as much
alright kool, good to know
how about McCluster? is he looking at being a 3rd down back? i was suprised when you took him, i assumed your backfield was already good. Any sleepers you think will have a breakout year in fantasy?
by raiderfan4life on Jun 17, 2010 12:39 PM PDT up reply actions
actually McCluster is going to be our slot WR
Im sure he will still see some carries but he is officially a WR in KC. I was pissed when we took him but Im actually pretty pumped now. He has amazing speed and he has been praised constantly (I know its early) in the OTAs as being a playmaker. McCluster would probably be my sleeper from the Chiefs and look for Chambers to have another good season this year. Id stay away from Bowe..
Really??
He is sounding like McFadden, he lined up as a reciever last year sometimes and made huge plays. Why not Bowe, isnt he your best reciever?
by raiderfan4life on Jun 17, 2010 12:50 PM PDT up reply actions
he is but he has a hard time holding onto the ball
Im sure he will have some good numbers but hes so hard to rely on..I personally would take Chambers over Bowe but there is a good chance Bowe could have a huge season b/c he will have a chip on his shoulder this season
And the experts are always right...
I mean EVERY ONE OF THEM had the Saints winning it all last year…

Nice limiting of the stats
to support your side of the argument. The Raiders have sucked with a capital S since losing the Super Bowl to Tampa. I can’t deny that, nor would I even try. Still, when’s the last time the Queefs ever got to a Super Bowl? Were you even alive then? I wasn’t. When’s the last time the Queefs even won a playoff game? It’s been 17 YEARS BTW. Going 13-3 and choking away homefield in 2003 was monumental, though…
Obviously you’ve only witnessed the Queefs post Marty and King Carl, because Camaro looked a lot like the K on Sundays in the 80s. Chiefs fans are the cockiest fans of a franchise that hasn’t been relevant in championship discussions since Nixon was President, thus the “douche canoe” comment. It’s also funny that the constant punchline of the NFL has beat you in your place the past two years, and posted better records.
Here’s to Haley stroking out on the sidelines this year…

Recently, this blog experiences a number of foreign (enemy) visitors. I suspect it's a healthy indication of concern
For, it is an opinion shared by the general sporting community that the Raiders enjoyed a better offseason our 3 divisional rivals. Fear is often masked by bravado – ecce!
S-O-B: ITS HOW I ROLL, DEAL WITH IT.
