I've been noticing that certain events pretaining to the teams that were playing against are hurting themselves....

Vince Young having legal problems that could likely wind up getting him a small suspension, hopefully just long enough to get him to be a non factor in our week 1 game against the titans.

on top of that, chris johnson holdout could put him behind enough to hurt his chances in impacting the game as well

The only true competition in the AFC west, san diego chargers could most likely be without their number 1 reciever, vincent jackson, at least until game 10 (or so i hear) as well as Marcus McNeill being out, so rivers' blindside is all but exposed for possibly the same amount of time as jackson.

With those factors, i can safely say that if we can stay healthy, we have the best chance at winning the AFC West that we've had in years. I'm such an optimist, can someone please ground me with a pessimistic point of view?
