Jamarcus Russell's Raiders/Post Raiders Career in Pictures
Jamarcus' career on the Raiders:
And now for the creme de la creme. Here's his career post-Raiders:
I have obtained this collection of etherous photoshops from AllHipHop.com's Ill Community and from a thread made by a poster by the name of "Stringer Bell".
I honestly wish you guys would check out their "From the Cheap Seats" forum because it contains some of the funniest sports fanatics you will ever see. There just aren't enough Raider fans imo. If that wasn't convincing enough, here are a few more etherous 'shops that my boy Peagle05 made for this special occasion (I posted a few in Rated R's FanShot). I post under the screen name "Tha Killer" just in case you want to check it out.
I'll be posting more periodically, and as people make more etherous photoshops but I figured what better place to laugh at this losers expense than at the one place that made the mistake of drafting him? I hope that after this thorough evisceration he'll leave "dat perpel stuf" alone and get his shit together. I highly doubt it though. Thank you Al Davis for drafting the absolute GOATest bust in the history of niggadom. Smh. At least we'll all get a good roast out of it. Let the hazing commence! Let's see how many of you can caption some of these pics!

That one got me too. Great pose by JR!

It's amazing we still talk about a guy so much
after he’s been released. The best you can do is silly little pics? No making fun of the guy for an arrest on drug charges?
Win, Lose, or Tie, Raiders til I die!
They can spread like wildfire on the internet. I hope one day he comes across some. Just for him to feel disrespected and made fun of.
I want people to know who this piece of garbage is. I don’t feel sad for him; if he were to get mugged and badly beaten, I wouldn’t care if he loses his money or goes to jail, But it’s fun knowing about his retarded self, like comedy. You don’t mess with the fans like this. The ones who believed in him, the ones who thought he was the future, So why not? He never tried, he mugged an old man, he’s on narcotics, he has a stupid family who condone this… and many things more….
I’m happy with this, as it shows stuff really comes around to bite you in the ass when you do wrong.

Why would you make fun of him for being arrested on drug charges?
This is like stomping on someone who’s already down.
by Spirals galore on Jul 6, 2010 7:43 PM PDT up reply actions
We're not making fun of him because of the drug charges.
He’s the 2nd biggest draft bust in sports history and one of the laziest and most lethargic “athletes” ever. Not to mention he’s proving all of Rush Limbaugh’s racist ass comments about Black QBs true. For every McNabb there’s an Akili Smith. For every Warren Moon there’s a JaCarcass. Even Vick went from being a top 10 QB to prison inmate and failure.
There’s a stigma attached to blacks who play the quarterback position and thanks to him, and others like him, for every step we move forward, we get pushed 5 steps back.
So no, we aren’t making fun of this *****ucker for being arrested, that’s just the icing on the cake. We’re laughing at him for being such a failure at the only thing he’s allegedly good at and for sucking at life in general. I can’t speak for everybody but I find humor in his misery ‘cause dude had all the tools to be great but didn’t want nothing but cough syrup and jewelry. He made his bed, now he’s lying in it.
Besides, you don’t find any of the photoshops funny? I bet even Jamarcus would laugh at them shits. Either that, or he’d throw a fit….and get intercepted.

Oh, I do!
I am split though – there is a state precedeing judgment called alief (as opposed to belief – it’s the absence of belief, a gut reaction, innate or conditioned) that makes me laugh and mock him. Then my belief kicks in, and I feel sorry for him, and pissed at myself for doing it. It was all his decisions that led him to this abismal stage; yet i’ve taken my abismal decisions as well, and suffered for them. And all in all, I’ve become a more thoughtful person. And I think he may too. Does this make sense?
by Spirals galore on Jul 6, 2010 9:03 PM PDT up reply actions
Are you the E-40 of clinical terms?
No disrespect, madam, but alief is not only a non-existent word, but it’s also not an antonym or antithesis of “belief”. I get what you mean though.
To be honest, I don’t pity the fool (No Mr. T) because he never applied himself to anything at all. Not life, not his supposed craft, not anything and I refuse to make excuses for why he sucks so badly at life that he swallows it.
Immortal Technique said it best in his song “Dance With the Devil”.
A feeble-minded young man with infinite potential
The product of a ghetto bred capitalistic mental
Yet his only goal in life was too become a millionaire 40 times over for doing absolutely nothing. In my opinion, that not only warrants an etherous roast, but one in which his soul burns slowly and dies a little bit. Not only that, but a roast in which we can all defecate on his lack of ambition and character with clear consciences.
May I ask that you partake in this potentially epic soul crushing ether, as a retaliation for all of his counterproductive behavior both on and off the field?

I have and I will
My point is ancient – JaBacon is a tragic protagonist. Did you think he’s a headline news just because it’s off-season? hell no – the guy is a tragic protagonist of Oedipean proportions, just dumber than Oedipus.
by Spirals galore on Jul 6, 2010 9:50 PM PDT up reply actions
I gather from your consistent name dropping of Oedipus that you are of the school of Freud, no?
I wouldn’t call him a “tragic protagonist” per se, just a bit of an “unaimed arrow” that consistently misses.

Edit:
Despite Ms. Gendler’s best efforts, “alief” isn’t a widely used description for a subconcious reaction to a certain stimuli. So in essence, I retract my comment of it being non-existent (though I still don’t regard it as a true clinical term), it still has no practical use for this debate.

alief is not a clinical term
It’s a coinage by a smart woman who wonders, among other things, how self-professed anti-racists end up exibiting racist tendencies while being psychologically tested. You can’t ascribe beliefs to them – it’s all alief.

Yes, and that's what makes JR a protagonist of sorts
oedipus was an arrigant jerk who thought he knew everything – I hate him in the first part of the play. I hate him to the end – but I pity him too at the end. Don’t we all, regardless of what we say to ourselves and others, think that we know everything better than others? It’s all alief, baby.

I go case by case.
In this case, I’m going to enjoy my schadenfreude because IMO he’s getting what he deserved. He worked for this and now he can suffer for it. Perhaps it will make him a better person for the experience or simply a cautionary tale for others learn from.
That's one of the reasons I despise Al Davis.
It’s not all Al’s fault that JR is such an idiot and failed so horribly, but it’s all his fault for drafting Ryan Leaf 2.0 after having a template for what not to do when drafting a QB in the top 3 picks. Sure he has a great arm but if his answer is “Weekend trip to Vegas” to the question of what’s the 1st thing he’d do with all that money, you do all you can to draft someone else or trade out of the pick for better value. All of our failures in our 7 years of ineptitude are do to his horrible management skills.
I was irate when I saw that we had drafted him back in ‘07 just like I was when we drafted DHB, and DMC because I know it meant at least another 3 years of picking within the 1st ten picks of the draft because of the desperate acts of a senile old man. I’ll never forget that bastard for the last 7 years but I’ll remain hopeful that he continues to make the same sound decisions he’s made the last 6 months.

PLENTY OF SENSE SPIRALS !!!!
Like you, being a RAIDERFAN4LYFE, I want this waste of the last 3 yrs of defending this …………. whatever, not giving a good GODDAMN about the team, the fans, about winning, nothing but the next sip!!! Al screwed the pooch, big time, believing he was the one. Now flip the coin !!! Being in recovery, and knowing first hand the grip of addiction, and trying to live by spiritual principals, I have to have compassion for JR. I hope he realizes that this is what we call, (Hitting Rock Bottom). And he hit it on a National Forum. No amnoninity for him !!! Flip the coin back over now !!! Zealot…….LMAO at this shit, too damn funny !!!! You out did yourself on this one, My Friend !!!! Flip the coin again: If he dos’nt work the First Step, and admit he’s powerless over his addiction, he will go down as the biggest bust in NFL history. Flip: we indured 3 extra years of BS losing, (and losing badly) because of this ……..TOOL. Now that he’s a wrap with the RAIDERS and THE NATION, this is going to be all the energy I, myself give him. Time to move on now. We know that if the team stays healthy, theres no reason we not gonna have a great year! The losing BS is over !!!! 10/6 & the playoffs is a VERY GOOD BET. One very happy RAIDERFAN4LYFE here
you pretty much summed it up
Flip…flip…flip…now go on with the future.
Actually, I was on amphetamines at one point in my life for a year. Pretty heavy usage to get me through school, because at the time I had a baby too – she was a total monster then. I would take a hit, then go to bed, sleep for two hours (exactly two – it was like a clock), then wake up, cool and focused, study for exams, go back to bed for an hour and go ace the exam. Fabulous it was, until the headaches started and I was unable to sleep or focus. I quit cold turkey. Headaches are a major deterrent with me.

I'm starting to sense
that you’re secretly in love with him. First thinking he’s sweet and now don’t want kick a guy that’s already down that made his own choices to put him where he is.
Why are we even posting anything about him at all? He’s no longer a Raider. So who cares?
Win, Lose, or Tie, Raiders til I die!
Because it's human nature
to want to have some “get-back” from a lazy, drugged-up, so-called “athlete” that has defrauded the fans of the Raiders, who have invested their money and emotions in this team. Russell has set the franchise back at least three years, where had he had a scintilla of pride in himself along with some intestinal fortitude, this might all have been avoided.
The effects of Russell on this franchise are still being felt and we are starting to see what the causes are, so that is why we “care”.
Your team is your child...You love it no matter what.
with everything that’s so positive this year so far, why are we focusing on the past? he’s gone. as in no longer a raider, no longer losing games for us. now it’s time to look to the future and capitalize on the positives. dwelling on the past will just bring us down and piss us off. that seems a waste of energy. Russell made his choices and now he has to live w/ them. we no longer do. let’s move on and care about the stuff that matters.

You've said the same things before
So to take your question as non-rhetorical, why do you think we are still talkiing about him? And why do other teams fans talk about him? I think it is because he is paradigmatic in a variety of ways – a boogie, so to speak.
by Spirals galore on Jul 7, 2010 7:09 AM PDT up reply actions
he’s only still lingering around because people can’t stop obsessing over him. Everyone knows he’s a bum. But what good does it to dwell on the past and keep dredging up this stuff just to make a post. there was a fanshot before about favre throwing w/ JC. that’s something to make news about. it’s a positive that could help in the future. when a bad thing is corrected it makes no sense to dwell on the wrong. it happened, it’s taken care of. move along. there’s no logic in being complacent or stagnant fans and rehash over and over and over how much of a jackass russell is. how many times can u handle a conversation w/ a friend who always brings up a horrible incident that happened every time over an over. it gets overbearing after the millionth time. all newcomers are going to see on this blog now is we all whine about russell. it’s a waste.

We talk more more about Russell
than people do the Holocaust. And the Holocaust hasn’t been corrected, nor can it ever be. The Raiders released Russell, thus correcting the problem.
Win, Lose, or Tie, Raiders til I die!
Russell is not as painful to discuss
Listen, I know what you are saying. But this discussion here is not whining over Russell. Everyone has a different take, and what we do is discussing his case. That’s what makes this blog great.

You
sit and whine about us talking about Russell, guess what? We love to do it. The sight is a fan sight to discuss mostly things related to our favorite team and unfortunately he was part of it. So when things arise with him in the news guess what? We talk about it. Then you always pipe and say something like “use the search button this was discussed before”. If you don’t like us talking about it why do read it and post comments it just shows you are intrigued by JaWishIHadSomeBenedryl. You don't appreciate history because your team doesn't have one.
We may not have had much these last few years, but at least we’ve got our history. We have something to look back on and be proud, we have a legacy to build on. All your team has is a handful of meaningless AFC West banners and years of wasted potential.
Yep, that’s really something to be proud of.

just like the last 7
years (and counting) are really something to be proud of as well? granted, we may not have a ring (yet) but our accomplishments have also never been so horrendous over an extended time period, as have the raiders.
Like i said, in the Here And Now, where all the rest of the world except, apparently, raider fans, live, your team is the brunt of a series of bad jokes

I think he had one for global warming, or cleaning up the earth or something like that.
It was funny as hell!
And even if it was a nike commercial, it still was freakin’ hilarious! LT rapping like Shaq, cheesy dancing, and hilarious effects.
“LT Slide! Electric Glide!” LOL
P.S. I didn’t realize the video was sped up, so here it is again!

i would just like to note
the reason this windbag says f*** eli and his daddy is because big archie told lil eli that if he played for san diego that
1. he would be the great qb he can be and as soon as his numbers dip just a fraction over a season he would get let go
(thats called horrible franchise-player relations)
2. he would never ever EVER get a ring, archie knows the chargers wont ever get one unless AJ smith sells his soul to the devil (AJ is currently playing hardball, Jackson is in the deal and thats why they arent trading him)
3. he would have to deal with bandwagoning a$$ players that only rep their colors when theyre winning.
(count it, not one single charger flag following their inevitable playoff losses, compared to the raiders who actually can say they bleed silver n black 365 days a year and yes that includes leap year)
thank you and have a nice day :)

Funniest thing I've seen this week!
Hilarious.
Must be a relief to be rid of that joker. I can’t really imagine.
you have no idea
it was like another super bowl win for us, and looking forward to beating the Chargers.

How in the heck! Is the rest of the AFC West gonna get past the Raiders now? Thanks for the memories J Mac! That case of Lortab is in the mail.
Seriously though… anybody that would rescue Fats Domino from the Katrina flood is alright in my book. When he signed most indications were that he was going to be very good QB.

How about we all shut San Diego out, and just settle for a three-way dogfight between OAK, KC, and DEN?

Who is
the pitbull? As far as I can see you have the poodle part right sans teeth and maybe the 4th dog is a schnauzer? As in all bark, no speed and looking silly after running a bit.

I know
but the division as whole is not represented in any way by a pitbull with any team. Its like a pilot fish in pond with minnows. Even they look huge there but once in the ocean they cling onto sharks picking up the scraps but never taking down the prey themselves.

One of
my few forays into the Nation. We Broncos fans wish JaMarcus Russell played forever but ultimately it’s obvious he’s a worthless tool. Not even Raiders fans deserve a scumbag like this. There I said it!

I don’t know how many times talking with Bronco fans we would agree that JaMarcus Russell was great for us. However, as j-man said, the teams in this division should all get better so the AFC West will be highly respected.
You've more compassion than me; I'd wish JxMxxxxx on Denver for a century

Wait - not sure what the article proves
except that man is an addictive animal by nature, and and if it’s not one thing, it will be another. Hey, cottage cheese makes me drowsy, and I am sure it too has narcotic properties if abused. Anything has narcotic properties if abused. What is this – anything that we become abnormally attached to becomes evil, has to be banned and people who abused it have to be chastised and charivaried. Hey, I am addicted to this blog – should it be banned? Should the Raiders be banned because I am addicted to them? Exercise bulimia is bad – should exercise be banned? Health food addiction is as much a bulimia as anything – should we barricade Whole Foods and demand that it be closed? If you ask me, human nature should be banned for being so addiction-prone. Pelikanhood becons.

charivari is the practice
of rolling people in tar and feathering them, then carting them across town for egging. We no more practice it literally – there are more subtle methods nowadays.

Never said it proved
anything. I said it shed some light. As in shedding light on the issue of purple drank and its implications with it being more than just a few entertainers drinking it. As in the not so victimless kids discussed in the article that have been drinking it and how some former and current players were caught with related substances.

I always love JaMarcus bashing.

I can't stand fair-weather/bandwagon fans, stick with your team, throughout the good and the bad. And don't switch to whichever team wins the Super Bowl each year.
