Can anyone tell me why I was just banned?

I post under the name "Raider Zealot" and my account was banned from the SB Nation network when I was trying to link people from Bolts From The Blue, Arrowhead Pride, and Mile High Report to my Jamarcus Russell Roast. I emailed SB Nations Bug Report people but I know it'll take a few days for them to get back to me. Does anyone know if I'll ever be able to recover any of my stuff when/if they reinstate me?

Might have been your choice of descriptions in your post, i.e. a variation of the 'N' word. That caught my attention, at least.

If you were posting on multiple sites in a short time frame
Then you might have received a “Throttle Violation”…it’s designed to stop spammers from posting a ton of messages to a bunch of different sites but occasionally catches a real person.
Yeah, those posts pertaining to rap history all derived from a reply to one of the pics I posted.
And you’re right Joel, it said something about a “Throttle Violation” but I can assure you that I wasn’t trying to spam any of the blogs. I don’t know if you saw but the pics I posted in the Jamarcus Russell thread were hilarious, so I figured that mutual friends and enemies alike could all join together and “delight in his ineptitude”.

Same thing happened to j-man a few months ago.
He was posting one of his stories at every single NFL blog and was banned with a throttle violation around post number 4 or 5. Everyone knows j-man and it’s easy to see after a little while that he’s just a passionate guy who likes to meander around a bunch of different blogs. Throttle violations aren’t based on content (you and j-man wouldn’t have been banned if they were) but they are based on the speed at which you post things. Nothing against you or your content, it’s just an SBNation policy.
Everything got worked out with j-man’s profile after an email was sent describing the situation. Joel is right. Just email them and it will all be okay. Best of luck, man.

No I didn't use the N-word in the fan shots I made, and I also didn't troll.
It might have been because I made those 3 fanshots in those 3 blogs in quick succession and on the 3rd one I accidently tried to add one of the pics I posted AND the link to the thread in the same fanshot. When I tried to delete the image part it still gave me a notice that said I tried to add too many posts too quickly. I waited a little bit before I tried to post that 3rd fanshot again but when I clicked publish it said I was banned from SB Network. Here’s what the descriptions of the fanshots all read. No 2 fanshots had the EXACT same ones, but all 3 had similar verbiage:
“Due to recent events, former Raiders FT (Football Thrower because you can’t really call him a Quarterback) Jamarcus RusseLL is in the process of being eviscerated by the very people he shafted during the season with his horrible play.
If you enjoy delighting in other peoples’ L taking, and especially in their misfortunes, I suggest you pop a squat and come check out what I have prepared for this very special occasion……"
And this was the title on the one I tried making on MHR: “Us folks at S&B Pride thought we’d share a roast with the good people of MHR…..” and I just changed the name of the blog for AP and BFTB.
I really hope I can get my stuff back though ’cause that roast had potential.

On only one pic, I did see the N-word with one * censoring one g...

I think he's referring to something I said in the thread itself.
I post primarily on the forum that I got those photoshops from and that forum is the biggest Hip-Hop website/forum around. I believe I said the “n-word” while expressing my disdain for dude (a word I use often, but for the most part try to tone down on S&BP since it’s a majority-white forum). But like I said, I didn’t use any kind of profanity in the fanshots and was only trying to expose folks to the crazy kinds of stuff you’ll find at Allhiphop.
