a bettter option to have in there would be to break it down by position, cuz im sure lots of ppl would say o-line
Right now, it's our rushing Defense that has me squeamsh. We meet Chris Johnson next week
and were unable to stop SFs Gore (averaged 26 yds/carry or Westbrook, 8.5 yds/carry) then against Seattle, Forsett averaged 5.2 yds.Forte’ also had a big rushing night against us in Chicago. The fact is, we improved our DLine and our LBs look about the same as last year – both against the rush (and the pass). Our MLB is biting hard on his own hunches and over-pursuing, Scott, McClain & Wimbley get tangled up with linemen and Marshall (I assume) has them misaligned with what’s actually happening on the other side of the ball – as though a game plan we’re installed that isn’t able to adapt to the changing realities of the game.
S-O-B: ITS HOW I ROLL, DEAL WITH IT.
The big "Dick" Seymour didn't play in those games
or Tommy “Ive finally slimmed down” Kelly, it will make all the difference when they are in there.
Hopefully the bigs S. & K.
provide the difference for the run-stopping deficiencies; however, on the other side of the ball, the pass-blocking is seemingly a nightmare, just before dusk.
