SHIOOOT the accents were great.

But as a Raider lover, it is hard to listen to people talk about my team that only have the outsider view.

Still, that being said Saint had a good flow going. He sounded very professional, a veritable sound-byte machine. I imagine it is easier to be the guy answering questions then the host of the show though. I also imagine it is hard when everyone is on the phone. There is a certain feel for flow that comes with being next to someone.

Also, where the hell have you and your MCM cohorts been. I’ve been trying to get y’all over here for some pre-game back and forth.

Cutting their losses: Dolphins waive Grove 1 year after signing...Could We Be Interested...

The Miami Dolphins continued their purge of players recently signed to expensive free-agent contracts Thursday, waiving center Jake Grove and re-signing offensive lineman Cory Proctor, the Palm Beach Post reported.

Free-agent DE McCray works out for Raiders

The Oakland Raiders worked out free-agent defensive end Bobby McCray on Wednesday, according to a league source.

The New Orleans Saints cut McCray, who started all three of their playoff games last season, for a second time this offseason on Sept. 3.

McCray played in all 32 regular-season games since joining the Saints as an unrestricted free agent in 2008, registering 7.5 sacks. The six-year veteran has 29.5 career sacks with eight forced fumbles and one fumble recovery for the Saints and Jacksonville Jaguars.
