According to some recent Tafur tweets, the Raiders are considering some coaching staff overhaul with a committee approach. First, as noontide reported earlier, Rob Ryan may be in the mix. However, not necessarily as the "Head Coach", but rather as the Defensive Coordinator replacing John Marshall as well as "Assistant Head Coach". At the same time, Hue Jackson, the current "Captain of Coaches" has been calling assistants around the league who he might want on his staff. I almost think that this could be a good approach, I just wish that it would not be Rob Ryan as the Def. Coordinator.
