*CAM NEWTON* IS OUR QB OF THE FUTURE?

In his first & only season at the University of Auburn Cam Newton seemed to have accomplished it all. He collected numerous awards on his way to the biggest game of his collegiate career (The BCS National Championship). He was very consistent all season long, winning game after game in amazing style, with a team everybody looked passed to watch Alabama whom they defeated by the-way 27-24 with a late game comback. He is a great team leader & motivator, and it showed every game, when he made big play after big play (throwing & running) every time his team needed him to. There is a saying, "Big Time Players show up in Big Time Games" and Cam was showing up on time every game. When the heat was turned up he remained Cool, Calm & Collected never appearing to be fazed or rattled by it at all. He continued on leading his team through the myst of all the drama and performed on a level higher than all of his opponents. You have to admire player's who is passionate about the game. i.e. (Ray Lewis) and who let's it show every Saturday & Sunday. He never gave up/quit on his team or let the outside speculation affect his demeanor or play on the field. Most players performance would have dropped when the pressure was on, but he took it all in stride, got better, & played harder. Mentally Cam, Vince & Jamarcus are not even on the same wave length, not even close. Talent-wise, Vince Young may be closer but I don't believe VY will be as good as Cam when its all said and done. Cam Newton's natural ability + potential for growth far exceeds that of the other two QB's at the height of there college careers. Do not even try & compare him with Jamarcus Russell or Vince Young because it does'nt make any sense. I wouldn't even compare Vince to Jamarcus Russell but that's another story. By the way, (Who really thought Josh Freeman would be a good QB besides the Buccaneers?) - Moon ) Man

On October 24, 2010, Auburn was ranked first in the BCS polls for the first time in school history. Auburn finished the 2010 regular season with a perfect 12-0 record. Auburn defeated South Carolina in the SEC Championship game 56 -17. This SEC Championship victory guaranteed Auburn a place in the BCS National Championship Game, against the Oregon Ducks. The Tigers defeated the Ducks 22-19 with a last-second field goal to win their first ever national championship. He finished the season with a 66. 1 completion pct. and 2,854 yards passing w/(30) touchdowns & 1,473 yards rushing w/(20) touchdowns.

Cam Newton is a 6-5 250lb QB >>> Coachable <<< / A Leader / Athletic / Big Arm / Good Accuracy / Physically & Mentally Tough / & Great Mobility for his size.................. ******UPDATED on 8/11******* The RAIDERS drafted Terrell Pryor with a 3rd Rd. pick in the 2011 NFL Supplemental Draft. {{{YES!!}}} (Well, i was'nt that far off with my prediction, *TERRELL PRYOR* IS OUR QB OF THE FUTURE!).
