Is Jason Campbell good enough to win us a Super Bowl?

How about we cut to the chase? I'm a firm believer in it, and it saves time. Lately there have been appearing murmurs of disapproval of Jason Campbell's performance. Now we've had a little over a year to form an opinion of him, and while most of us can't see the future (though we know one guy who can), let's just go ahead and ask the big question regarding him.

With a solid team around team around him (much like Stabler and Plunkett had), is Jason Campbell good enough to lead us to a Super Bowl victory?
