Next Raiders GM? Sounds Good
The link is a report that Raiders are interested in Ravens' exec Eric DeCosta. This would be a great move for the Raiders as DeCosta has done some great work with managing the Ravens as we can see by their constant return to the playoffs and strong team. He can help create the bully with Hue. Of course I'd love for Madden to be around, but DeCosta would be a addition. What does the nation think?

Not a fan of this.
How many Super Bowl appearances have the Ravens made since he’s been there? I want Super Bowl pedigree if we’re going to make an outside hire. Otherwise I’m putting my faith in Hue!

Great idea
Eric DeCosta should be the Raiders #1 choice to be their GM going forward. Only obstacles are 1) he has been with the Ravens for 15 years, and he already turned down a similar position with Seattle (at 40 years old, he’s considered Ozzie Newsome’s heir apparent, whenever he decides to step down) and 2) other teams may be reluctant to let their front office personnel talk to other teams until after the draft, in order to protect whatever scouting has been done on potential prospects thus far.
Having said that, the Raiders would have to wait until May to speak to an executive from any other team, so they should just wait and try to lure DeCosta away.
