I'm drinking that Pryor kool-aid right now. Think about it the skys the limit with him starting for us if he pans out. We should let Boller start the next two games and have Pryor up to speed in time for the Chargers. This would put at a big advantage with the dolts having no footage of Pryor with the Raiders. I would rather not waste picks on Palmer or make a commitment to Garrad

No no no no no no no no no
Stop all of this Terrell Pryor nonsense right now. Terrell Pryor is a great athlete. Terrell Pryor was barely a good college QB.
I’m not saying he couldn’t become a great NFL QB one day, but the only way he should get on the field at all this year is in a huge blowout (not likely), or possibly if the Raiders have a playoff spot locked up before the last few games (also not likely).
I’m not even going to watch the highlight video because I have, you know, seen him play… like a lot.
At this point he hasn’t even proven enough to justify him being the third QB on the roster. Troy Smith won a Heisman with Ohio State, and he even ran a real offense instead of the special ed offense Pryor ran. I’m pretty sure he’s not even in the NFL anymore. TP was always huge pile of wasted potential at OSU, and I’m willing to give him a chance in the NFL but it’s not like things are suddenly going to click for him and he’s going to suddenly become an accurate passer or a good decision-maker. I guess he could probably do alright if the Raiders want to run the option or QB draws 30 times a game or something.

The bad thing about lots of upside is it means you are starting very, very low. This team is too good to rush TP in.
It comes down to reality
And it's fine with me 'cause I've let it slide
I guess your right but if Boller goes down (knocking on wood (i don't want him to get hurt))
TP time!!!

Even if Boller gets hurt, I would rather see the Raiders re-sign Trent Edwards and start him.
I’m as excited about Pryor’s potential as anyone, but even in his 3rd year at OSU, he was running a remedial offense. I would not be opposed to him on the field on some kind of crazy wildcat formation like the Bills run with Brad Smith, but I DO NOT want him to be our every down QB this year, at all.
TP is Vince Young without the amazingly clutch collegiate performances. I always thought Vince could be a special NFL QB in the right situation, and starting his rookie year and the team depending on him to win games was not the right situation.
Sit him for a couple years. Hue’s probably going to be around for a while and I think he could probably turn Pryor into a great NFL QB only if he sits on the bench for a year or two, learns the system, and realizes how much it work it takes to be a successful NFL QB.
He underachieved at OSU where he was handed the job over a guy who had starting experience and it WILL happen here if he is not properly handled.
Yeah the thing is that i wanted him to sit behind Jason because I think he is a good role model as a hard worker but with the injury
i don’t know if he is coming back next season. This leaves us in a limbo at the quarterback position for the next couple of years. Hopefully everything works out.
