You are a real mother fucker. Had you been stronger, we didn't need to sell the farm to bring in Carson Palmer to replace the right arm to which you're connected. If you hadn't snapped, the Raider Nation would not be so divided over this transaction, and we, as the Nation could focus on you, and the rest of your body, contributing to a season dedicated to the memory of the man that rescued you from Washington. You had the chance to be a part of something you got hosed out of by the BCS your last year at Auburn, and the Nation was seeing you grow into your role as a leader on a team bound for some great accomplishments, if not greatness itself. We had gone from chanting for you back up to fully embracing you, warts and line beard and all. Then you had to break yourselves and our collective hearts at the same time. The aftermath has splintered this nation like you were splintered, due to the actions taken to replace you. Had you been just a little stronger, we might not be here, but it's all morphine in the IV at this point. You can't unbreak yourself, and we can't undo the aftermath.
I can't really hold it against you, though. Shit happens, and we all snap sometimes. I wish you a quick mend, and a part of me hopes to see you under a silver and black jersey again very soon. I just wish you had better timing, you douche canoe paddle!
