Kevin Boss is entirely too large of a human being to be used as little as we have. He was my favorite signing of the offseason and I think its time to showcase his talents more. I do not understand why he wouldn't be the TE used in every situation where one is on the field. I like Brandon Myers too, but I do not see any reason for him to be on the field instead of Boss unless the reason starts with "in" and ends in "jury".

We have so many weapons on the field that Boss has gotten completely lost in the fray. This is Not what a lifelong Oakland Raider fan expected when he chose to leave being Eli Manning's security blanket for the west coast. Kevin Boss made a big decision to come out here and play for the Silver and Black, and I think its time for him to get rewarded for that. Our run first, deep pass second is the perfect style to utilize the TE. Boss can run an excellent seam route and creates mismatches with his size and hands combination. Plus if its a delayed handoff, the seam route is perfect to get him blocking downfield. Its time to utilize Kevin Boss please. Jump over for more....

I will say one great thing about him not having been a key part of our offense is that its another wrinkle we haven't shown yet. Its yet another dimension of our offense that we can game plan for. We have so many different things this offense can do it is mind boggling; We have a quarterback who does timing patterns perfectly and can throw the deepball, we have running backs that can bowl you over or break your ankle with a cut move and that have hands like wide receivers, our wide receivers have the speed of Flash Gordan, and Tight ends that can catch and block equally dominating. If our defense plays up to par than we can play with anybody. I think its due time to show that Kevin Boss can make plays against anybody as well.
