Keys to the rest of the season
I hate losing to the Broncos. It's sickening, especially when the team is capable of so much more.
That said, I'm not panicking. I'm worried - very worried - but not panicking yet.
The AFC West is the new NFC West, and the Raiders can still make the playoffs by winning it. It's not gonna be easy, and definitely not pretty, but it can and may happen.
Keys are after the jump.
2. Limit injuries- This is a big one. DMC especially needs to do this. Someone said he should run barefoot, as it strengthens the feet. I agree. Satele and McClain are also needed badly.
3.Have Palmer practice like mad with ALL of the receivers, and make sure to use all of them. DHB was barely utilized in the last game, although I heard rumblings of a leg injury.
4.Keep the team motivated coming out of halftime. We've given up halftime leads of 16-3(barely won that one), 21-3, and 17-7 now. Something's wrong. We can't get complacent and play flat.
There's still hope. In 2002 (Yes, I am bringing that up) we were 4-4 at this point and on a 4-game losing streak. We got our asses in gear and went 11-5 and made the Super Bowl. It won't be easy. But it can happen.

And it seemed like
We over used Denarius. He’s looking good for a rookie, but he needs more time. Needs to get used to fighting for that ball when necessary.
And did you notice
In his press conference, Hue said he wished you could fine people for penalties, but that you can’t? He does sound fed up with that.
