Albert Haynesworth is a free agent
Need I say more? It turns out yes I need to say 75 words to publish. But there is nothing left to say other than Seymour is great but seems to disappear in long stretches. Henderson is good in limited action. Bryant is filling in on the outside. And Tommy Kelly is just like Seymour, great at times but can disappear for long stretches.
If the linebackers weren't so concerned with holes in the middle of the defense, they could pay more attention to those edge runs the Raiders keep giving up.

what if that IS their best?
from the Jackson interview we might reasonably conclude that the players didn’t get the job done.
We definitely will have to draft a defensive tackle and a linebacker. But if the time is now and the Raiders don’t look at Albert, we can assume Albert has a problem not even the Raiders are willing to overlook.
FUCK NO
We need to cincerntrate on the players we have and wr have two of Thr best DT’s in the game as well as pretty damn good ups in Hendetaon and Bryant.
NO MORE MAJOR ROSTER MOVES!

Nah.
What happened was that he was arguing with pats DL coordinator, and was starting to become…. dead weight so to speak. Here are some plays last game:
But against the Giants, after he drew a holding call with 14:10 left in the second quarter, Haynesworth put together three of the worst plays you will see out of an NFL defensive tackle.
With 14:01 left, Haynesworth was easily thrown to the ground by Giants guard Chris Snee with one arm.
With 13:59 left, Snee easily pancaked Haynesworth when he stopped moving his feet – a cardinal sin for a defensive lineman.
And then on third down, Haynesworth was again thrown to the ground after he stopped moving his feet, this time by left guard David Diehl, who other Patriots regularly beat in that game.
On Haynesworth’s next snap, he showed a decent rush almost playing the end position.
But then on Brandon Jacobs’ 10-yard touchdown run, Haynesworth got too high and was easily shoved out of the gap by Diehl.

I don’t want him here, and it will only cause more problems for our team who needs to be more disciplined, and not get influenced by this man.
I’ll take 11 players with heart on the field over 11 guys with just talent. Talent is fleeting, it goes away over time. Heart is what drives you to be better. To push yourself beyond what you think your capabilities are. To show us that when you strive, all things are possible.- SMP
NO
I said years ago before he got the huge contract with the Redskins that he would eat his way out of the league in a couple years. We are about there.
why not???
we have all seen him at his highest and we have all definantly seen him at his lowest. With our D-line personal and BIG RICH and TOMMY to answer to why not give him a shot.If the time is truly now we should go for it without question, were still in this ppl and if we can bring out the inner beast in this teddy bear shit would be fucking magical on our D-line. lets go RAIDERS TOWN BUISNESS

If he failed in New England
What makes you think he can succeed anywhere else?
New England
is not the team it used to be … personnel-wise. They let a great majority of their veteran leadership go over the last few seasons, particularly on defense. And, we, by virtue of the Patriots veteran house-cleaning, have one of the best players and motivators around in Richard Seymour. You have to admit, that team hasn’t been the same since he was traded our way. I believe, between RS and the rest of our leaders (players and coaches) we may well be ablle to get some valuable playing time out of the big man.
Possibly the worst work ethic and teammate in NFL history
by all means lets bring him in midseason!

I'd think about it at league min.
I definitely would not pay the man good money until he can prove he is still a NFL quality player.

Maybe, on a incentive only contract
Fat Albert is the type of player that needs something to play for, giving him money is like giving JaFatass money.
Fat Albert would also have to sign a "good citizen clause too, that terminates his contract the moment he opens his mouth anywhere but the locker room..
"Now I know what your thinking, did he fire six shots or only five. Ive forgotten myself in all this excitement, but being that this is the 44 magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and could blow your head clean off, you have to ask your question. Do I feel lucky? Well do ya punk!"
