QBs the Name of the Game Week 17

Let's see, Oakland 1-0 on Christmas weekend and the AFC rest 0-3. What a great Xmas weekend of football! I enjoyed every minute of it this weekend with the exception of the lame delay of game on the fake FG shovel pass. This was great but I am sticking to my word. No matter what happens with Denver or Cinci next weekend all I care about is Oakland finishing off the Dolts. That makes for some pretty good matchups next weekend and no shocker the quarterbacks are the focal point once again.

We take on a guy that all the so called experts thought was supposed to be having the year Aarron Rodgers was having with a MVP locked up as well as a bye week to rest up for a SB run. Meanwhile our guy under center is trying to do push us into the playoffs but may not matter if the team he walked away from and their boy wonder, Andy "The Ginger Avenger" Dalton can pull off a monumental upset against the Baltimore Ravens at home. Then the Tebow Train chugs on and all that stands in their way is the guy who was cut in order to prove Tebow was the man in Denver. Who could have ever thought I would be typing these words back in Week 1, hell Week 8? Kyle Orton beating Tim Tebow is our only hope at our first AFC West crown in nearly a decade? Also looking ahead, if Denver wins but Cincinnati loses and we win that makes us the 6th seed. That would mean the 6th seeded Raiders and Carson Palmer would take on the 3rd seeded Houston Texans and rookie QB TJ Yates. How's that for a dream scenario on wild card weekend? Oh well as long as we win I am a happy camper. Happy holidays, eat, drink and be merry with the ones you love and stay safe. I'm out until next time Raiders fans. Good luck to us all!
