I was thinking that in 2012 the Raiders GM job would be easy in that the Raiders have a fifth and sixth round pick as well as a couple compensatory picks as they usually do. After thinking about it, the new GM is going to have to hit a home run with each draft pick, be a master at the salary cap to keep good players, and replace players leaving or dead wood with better players. Also remember the only time the Raiders have gone to the Superbowl was when they had a GM. We have already had the GM talk, now lets talk about what they must do to make the Raiders a Superbowl contender.
