Today it was reported Chris Johnson excused from practice(Is still expected to play sunday) due to a death in the family. Apparently that an under statement to the actual situation at hand. His sister Jennifer Johnson was shot and killed in the Fort Worth, Texas area. His mother Della Johnson was shot also, but she is expected to survive her injuries. 46 year old male, Eugene Esters is being charged with murder and attempted murder. Esters is the father of Jennifer Johnson's 2 year old daughter. The child was not present at the scene when the shootings took place, nor was her other child.
