oakland in desperate need of long term vision

our team just spent 100mil without locking down two stars who have been at times the only consistant performers over the last 4 yrs ive taken alot of heat for my opinion but were getting weaker not stronger were not adding talent were losing talent and were locking our roster into a cycle of perpetual flux , i dont wana see us be one of those teams that develop talent for another teams superbowl run instead of our own, that cant keep our own players, are always filling the same holes every year like buffalo get rid of your rb and draft an rb #1 instead of adding talent cut your ot and spend picks and millions trying to find what you had ,cut your pass rushers and spend your picks replacing them instead of getting a qb a rec etc... im glad we didnt loose seymour but hes back up year after next we lost our best defensive player, and may loose our most dependable reciever even though hes a te, im not looking at next year am lookin at the next three years, if al wants to keep campell it will probably be a franchise if you dont extend him now ,if hes your guy pull the trigger qbs arent gona get cheaper ,can you afford a 20 mil franchise tag< if not your lookin for a qb next year the prices go up not down , if wimbley is your guy and your gona garuntee him 10.5 mil then doi it if hes your guy then make him your guy so you can spend next year adressing next years needs rather than revisiting this years needs, pass rushing olb's are gona be more expensive next year not cheaper , just because you missed on russell and heyward bey (and i do think bey is capable of developing into a #2 but you cant pay him#1 $$$ for 3 or 4 seasons get a #2 for one year and reward him with a max contract for under producing while you jettison productive players to pay for him ,heath miller will be back in play after a rfa tender after spending 18 mil on hendersonand wimbley you still gota sign them again next year ,then again ,the year after that you gota sign seymour again and mc fadden etc and the year after that the rest of the players we just finnished signing ,look at asomagua's play we did not commit to excelence we commited to the pretty good and the mediocre while we continue to shy away from long term commitments to proven producers such as seymour asomagua woodson etc while we commit to potential russell heyward bey etc , a shut down corner is one of the safest long term contracts you can sign unlike rbs safties etc that take a beating and may not see the end of the contract ,a shut down corner is still shut down corner in year 12 and 14 and then another couple as a top notch free saftey and you know what your getting with namandi its not evaluating what he may be .you know hes one of the best at his position the only risk is injury and if a man puts his body on the line for your orginization and loses his health in the name of raider football id rather have the man who gave it all for oakland walk away with the garunteed money than the jack ass who collected 40mil and walked away putting nothing on the line for your organization, i like henderson but he just got millers $ ,when he was not on the field you didnt notice when asomagua was hurt you saw the drop off when gallery was hurt you saw the drop off in the level of play dont get me wrong i love henderson but at this point of his carrer you cant hand him the 8 mil that could be used to keep asomagua miller or gallery, pass rushing linemen are hard to find ,a runstuffin lineman can be replaced day 2 its a tough call but do you keep the shut down corner the star te the startin Lg or the dt with 2 or 3 sacks a year in the twilight of his carrer by all means give him a job but dont break the bank to do it ...and yes i know people think it was 4 mil its an 8 mil deal and 4 will count against us next yr when we have to find a replacement for grandpa henderson
