I dont see oaklands problem being Al, like some people ,its al not bein al ... everyone in the building needs to shut the hell up and let al be al in 76 , 81 al never passes on on playmakers to make the safe choice hes been lettin the people around him convince him to pass on monster players in both fa and the draft for the safe pick and we saw 4 ,and 5 win seasons as a result ,in 76 with the options available  today our d line is seymour haynesworth kelly and houston with shaugnessey and bryant sprinkled i n our secondary stays intact al loves pass rush but he builds his d from the corners in then builds a line that can pressure with a 4 man rush ,though wed lose huff  sanders would arrive allowing us the big plays we need from the position while allowing for playin time for our young safties to lighten his load a bit and keep him fresh ( understand i aint talkin for ss i love branch lock him down before it costs 40mil im mean fs less pounding and some ss to give branch a breather while mitchell gets time to develop) wideouts like rice and holmes would be told to go get thier best deal then give me a chance to beat before you do anything ,like the way al did it or not theres no arguing theres a method to the madness the last time al was bein al ,rice ,sapp,wooodson  and them spent 2-3 years battling for confrence championships, not 5-12 we were disappointed in 8-8 not excited ,if everyone gets outa the way and lets al be al the results are far better than when you try to make al try to be something hes not, if were not bein the raiders were not anyone
