Help me get my grades up, guys.

So my current GPA is a 6.3. Which would be OK but I need to get it over 7.0 to get into the Honours program I plan to apply for next year.

However, salvation came when my lecturer approved my choice of the mighty Oakland Raiders for a study of a corporation. However, I could use some extra help from you guys.

Basically, I need to come up with three criticisms of the organisation, find an appropriate solution/answer to them and then analyse conceptually. I figured, who better to ask for some constructive criticism (let's try and refrain from "Al sucks" type comments, please? They don't help me at all and they just make you look stupid) than my fellow Raider fans.

Basically, so far I've come up with three major points:

1) Al Davis has lost touch with modern football, yet refuses to acknowledge this by hiring a general manager to oversee football matters.

2) The Raiders do not contribute significantly to the NFL's revenue sharing scheme.

3) The Raiders' home stadium is outdated and needs to be replaced.

Let me make it clear - I don't personally have a major problem with any of these as a fan. However, from a dispassionate, purely business point of view, I can see how they are problematic. But if you guys think I've missed anything, or there's a personal complaint you have with the Raiders' organisation and enough people agree with you, please stick it here.

Thanks guys!
