Marr

Lamarr Houston showed what he could bring to the table against the Dallas Cowboys. Marr went on the rest of the season with some dominant games(some not so much), But overall I think he did extremely well. Considering that he was a rookie with little rotational help, played both outside and inside as the season wore on, and had one of the most atrocious hair cuts I have ever seen. I think he carved out more than we would have hoped on the D-line this past year.

For everyone who wanted a OL for that pick, this is a present from the football gods. Marr looks like he could be dominant for years to come(especially with a few more tools in his belt). With Big Rich helping him along, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of down side to this guy. Thank you football gods! For reincarnating a Rhino in Lamarr Houston.

i think he will

be a little better than last year, but will take a step or two towards being elite. With Seymour,Henderson, and Wauffle teaching him, i think he will be elite by his 3rd or 4th season.

I love Marr's attitude. He came into camp and got into at least 3 altercations during scrimmages with different OL

then, came out on fire in preseason and, as a rookie, turned in a solid year. His head is right and with Wauffle as his coach and a tough year under his belt, I expect him to notch it up. I believe we have two of the best 4-3 DEs in the league. But, imho, Shaughnessy is the most underrated defensive player we have and the better of the two DEs at this point.

"I did the (2010) draft. ... I made a trade for Seymour. Gave up the first-rounder this year. I could tell you why. You may not think it was a good trade. I thought it was a great trade. Still do. [Al Davis 1/1911]

i agree Shaughnessy is the better DE

but i think Houston would be the better player if he was moved to DT.

Our DL is deep.

Pillaging just for fun,
He'll knock you round and upside down
And laugh when he's conquered and won.

I think LaMarr is a future star

he faded a little as the season went on but I love his attitude (pure Raider) and I also love the versatility he brings to the D-Line being able to play inside and out.

I know absolutely nothing about this guy but if he is fast I say sign him up.
That's what She-Will Said.

I think it's about time we all just agreed that NaS is the greatest of all-time.

I agree. Most rookies fade by the end of the year because its so much longer and more intense than college, but that improves dramatically even just from year 1 to year 2 for most good players.

Greg Jennings was like that for GB his rookie year. Got really tired by the end of his rookie year and faded out but came back the next year and was strong the entire year.

It always takes a DE a year to

get accustomed to the speed of the NFL and the moves that the O-linemen have at this level. With his mean streak, level of intensity and everything he learned last year under his belt, he will take the next step towards elite and I’m looking forward to witnessing it.

JUST DOMINATE BABY !!!

Your god damn right!!!

Lamarr was a beast last season, and will continue to improve and dominate: 31 solo tackles, 11 asst. tackles, 5 sacks, 2 fumbles rec, and 1 forced fumble.

I’m a happy camper

Death is coming for everyone, and that makes living fun.

Vote is so far unanimous he'll continue to get better
