So I know everyone on here is all hyped up about Jarrett and Sands, and believe me, I can see why. I wouldn't mind seeing us take either one of them later this month in the draft. But on the other hand, I wouldn't mind seeing Mike Mitchell become a full time starter this year. Which brings me to my point, just based on college tape alone and numbers, Mitchell's highlights and numbers looked more impressive to me than Jarretts and Sands coming out of college. Then take into account Mitchell actually having two years under his belt and decent playing time last year, I'd honestly rather have Mitchell starting over Jarrett or Sands. Here's links to two videos from Mitchell's Ohio playing days, about 10 mins. worth (I'm sure everyone has already watched these but just go ahead and watch them again, all ten mins. are pretty impressive!) and some career stats.
