When asked about Asomagua's possible return to Oakland or pursuing a free agent replacement . Coach Jackson was quoted as saying , they have allot of talent at the cornerback position ,and that the young players we have drafted will have to step up this season .
  It appears that with the exception of possibly drafting another cb Coach jackson seems to be prepared to go with what we got if necessary. But it did not sound like there are any plans to sign any free agent cb including our own.
